“We had Air Conditioning issues on one of hottest days of the year. Although they were booked they got us in. The problem was sort of severe and costly / but they can came up with option 2 which allowed cooling of the front at a much more reasonable cost. Highly satisfied!”

“I had my first experience with Discount Tire on the east side of Madison, and I am very happy with their service! First, the scheduling process wad easy and efficient - always a plus. Also, they were very busy when I had my appointment, but still managed to get my vehicle in and out in an hour. One of the front desk workers was also very accommodating. I walk with a cane and he made sure to go out of his way to open doors for me and even stood out in the rain to get my car door. I will definitely return to this location!”

“This shop is one of the best mechanics that I have ever worked with. They have the friendliest, most helpful bunch of people working for/with them that I have ever seen. I broke down in late May at the truck stop on the other side of 51 from here and they really went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. I was so glad they were able to fit me in at the end of their day that day and get me back on the road the next morning. We saw online that Pomps was closed, but only 2 blocks away, so we drove over to see if we would be able to leave the car there until opening on Monday. “This is a review posted for my brother's experience here. I wanted to make sure this Goodyear location got their shoutout! They're very honest and upstanding, which is apparently hard to come by when it comes to servicing cars!
The Zimbrick Honda dealership's service center (the one on Grand Canyon Drive) in town told my brother that his car was leaking transmission fluid from the axle seals. They also mentioned that his air intake hose was about to tear, and it needed to be replaced immediately. Both of these were strange findings as his car is not that old and has relatively low mileage. So, he took the car to Goodyear to get another quote and a second look.
The dealership quoted him for $840 for the transmission fluid issues, while the folks at Goodyear quoted him for literally HALF THE COST of the dealer. However, they also said they couldn't find a leak. Apparently, his car's seals were totally fine. As for the air intake hose, Goodyear found that it's only slightly worn from weather and time, but it looks fine. The mechanic at Goodyear said they wouldn't recommend my brother to go out of his way to replace it until a light comes on for it on the dashboard of the car. Wow, the dealership completely tried to rip him off!
BONUS: They're so honest and standup at this Goodyear that they went one step further to say that they weren't comfortable charging him with anything because no services needed to be done. They didn't even charge my brother for the part they ordered because they will just send it back for him at no cost. How amazing are they, right?!
This is how you build a loyal customer base. This is how you get customers to come back time and time again. All it takes is honesty and offering fair prices for good service. Highly recommend this Goodyear location to save money and not risk being ripped off! You'll be treated right here! (Also, do NOT go to Zimbrick for servicing, obviously)”
“The team at Smart Motors are amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful when I have questions. They pull our orders in such a timely manner, we usually have them the next day. If by chance they aren’t able to deliver that fast they are so great about contacting us right away on when we can expect them. They handle all our parts with care so that we don’t have any damages parts. Which can happen. They’re my most reliable part vendor. “Went in because I had a sound just like a wheel bearing going bad. I've had two on my truck at 190k miles now. Turns out it was brake pads had finally gotten worn enough to stick to the caliper after drive up from Texas. They got it sorted, applied a discount they were offering as a Independence Day special without me even asking and fixed the problem. Great to work with and communicated clearly.”

“The tires were fairly cheap and they even checked my oil for me (which was basically empty, so they did an oil change)... But apparently when they were done my car "wouldn't start" then causing me to have to pay $600 to replace the fuel pump. I had no issues prior to coming in. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tire job and 7 and a 1/2 hours later, I finally got my car (albeit with an empty wallet).... Seemed a little bit sketchy, so be warned if the same thing happens to you.... If it was a genuine issue I am glad that they fixed it so quickly, but I was not expecting to pay that much today.”
