The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that the jeweler (I think his name is Bill) is in house and nothing gets shipped off to get fixed. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a pendant and realized it had no 14K mark on it. When I took it back they actually said we cant take it back you may have just purchased to wear to an event and now want to return (NO why would I do that as I was wearing a necklace that was WAY more money than the one I brought back with no mark). They agreed to remount stone in a 14K mount which took months to get. They than chipped the stone and when I noticed (I had not even left to store) they then filed it down and said well it is the same weight as the one we sold you (OK really? May be the same weight but have you never heard the cut of the stone makes a difference (becuase now my ideal cut stone has been chipped and filed down by you). I was so frustrated I gave up on this which I should not have done. This was a really long process and I am now stuck with this item.

Huge thank you to Skalitzky Jewelers for fixing a very special necklace for me yesterday when I walked in without an appointment. Being able to get that necklace back around my neck so quickly meant the world to me and their willingness and kindness for prioritizing it guarantees that I will return there. ??????

Very disappointed with the service when I visited today. I am newly engaged and stopped by to ask if the ring that my fiance purchased seemed to be the correct size. The ring was not purchased from here but all I wanted was an experts opinion of the size. The saleswoman said "Shame on you for not buying your ring from here." There was no congratulations on the engagement or understanding that the rings available could be out of our price range. After this experience I wouldn't even consider going back.

I just recently had one of my grandmothers rings resized. They had it done in two days! Not only does it fit perfectly there is no blemishes from the work! Beyond pleased with the customer service and repair service.

I've come in a few times for watch batteries, but had two rings resized for my husband recently. They were perfectly done. I couldn't tell where the resizing work has been done on either of them. The cost was also about much lower than I had thought it may be going into the store! I'm very pleased and will continue to use Skalitzky Jewelers in Waunakee in the future!

I have purchased some of the mineral/crystal rocks. Quite a few actually. They have such a beautiful selection it was hard to pick from! Also worked on some of my watches and my engagement ring! It looks brand new again! Thank you Jane and Bill!
