Peggy was the seller's agent on a recent home purchase that fell through. In addition to the condescendence, she failed to submit the release form. Although, the standard is 48 hours, they've now kept my earnest money for almost three weeks. I would never do business with this agent. Needless to say I will be filing a report with the Department of Safety and Professional Services.
