Skylar provided excellent customer service. Immediately upon the store opening at 9:00 a.m. she was working solo and inundated with two to four customers with various degrees of customer service being requested and or sales and she multitasked and handled it. Cool as a cucumber! Five stars for this young lady and her can do attitude & professionalism. It's rare these days but great to see!!

Such a treat with excellent help… Last night I was at the Madison office waited 45 minutes.. Someone else walked in that they immediately helped that did not have an appointment… They just recognize them and it was very apparent… After 45 minutes of waiting, I just walked out… Ashley was super patient with me as I’m not phone savvy, My phone kept dying also as we were trying to connect the two…Ashley’s an asset to your company!

Don’t waste your time talking to the young woman that I met at the store this morning. Call the toll-free Verizon sales line to get the best deal. I was told at the store I would get a $400 credit for my old phone and that was it. When I talked to the online sales person I was given a brand new Iphone 15 plus a bundled package of Disney, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, and ESPN plus for the same price as what I was paying for just Netflix before. They also offered me a brand new iPad for $10 per month, Including the iPad itself, and the monthly data service.
