Paid at the counter, charge went through, card was charged, went to the pump and it wouldn't allow me to pump. Said to see cashier for payment (I already paid). Had to pay again but this time using cash - even though I was already charged on my visa and now I will have to go through and have that charge returned. The gentleman who helped me was great, offered to put $5 in but I declined. He absolutely gets 5 stars. But overall, this was overwhelming. I put $20, was charged $21. I have four kids in the car, just ridiculous.

Most the time this is an excellent store to go to however one time I did have an issue with the manager my car didn't work and I wasn't able to purchase the drink I bought and he was very disrespectful very rude and kind of chastise me for it but I've never had this issue again there so I'm not sure like if they're just very condescending towards people who maybe are lower income or are government assistance because I saw someone wasn't working either he got disrespectful again

Its kwik trip, if you don't like them travel out of state any direction and shop use the bathroom and git a drink than you will be thankfull for tour kwik trip
