“The staff at Slumberland are always kind and respectful. I HATE sales staff that continue to hover over you. Staff here are not that way. Simply ask how you are doing and if you need anything. They always make a point that they are available if we have any questions. We've been to all of the other furniture stores in the greater Madison area and we always seem to find what were are looking for at Slumberland. They always beat the competition in price. We've bought most of our new furniture at Slumberland and I imagine we will continue to. Very happy with the purchases we've made and the buying experience.”

“Was unsure if the purple pillow I had looked at other stores was the option I wanted to go with, as they only had a few options. I called Denver mattress and spoke with Matt asking about pillow options after shopping at 3 other stores he informed me they had a decent selection of purple pillows there and encouraged me to come take a look as he stated it was the best pillow he has bought yet. He was right low pro harmony was the ticket. Matt the manger was very knowledgeable and friendly and cared what you had to say.”

“Great experience with Dave. We made the mistake of buying a Tempurpedic thinking price tage = quality. If you enjoy sleeping on hard sand, Tempur is the bed for you! Eventually we exchanged our Tempur for a Sealy highpoint hybrid and WE LOVE IT! Dave and Mattressfirm made the process totally painless (not counting my hips and shoulders, but that is Tempurpedic's fault...) Recommend this store.”
“Century House furniture delivery staff members Brady and John were outstanding!! We have a 1938 house that has smaller door openings. They did their remarkably professional assessment of the sectional’s and the doorways’ dimensions. They figured out how to position our new furniture so well, that by a hairs-breadth it made it unscathed into our downstairs living room. The care these two took of our purchase was breathtakingly amazing. I am ecstatically pleased with Century House and the commitment that all of them so capably share with their customers. Thank you. While they are not particularly cheap, they have continued to look like the day we purchased them despite heavy use. And the store really supports you after the sale if you have questions. The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. “Have purchased a u-shaped desk and chair for Madison. Kyle Kinney was my customer service rep and he walked through the process and made sure after I ordered these products that my order was submitted correctly, and he kept track of my order. He has answered all my questions that I had and made it a great experience. My ordered was delivered while I was on vacation and when I returned back to work the desk was in warehouse waiting on further instructions. So, I cannot advise on the delivery, but we did receive the desk and chair on time as advised.Since then, I have again contacted Kyle and just placed a new order for another desk that will be here next week. I just received a tracking order update.This has been a great experience for me and if my bosses need any more desks, I will definitely buy another one from Kyle.”
