Really bizarre experience. They just kept asking me if I’d been there before, to the point of it feeling confrontational. I explained multiple times that I had. I was smiling and friendly and they were not at all. I was so confused. The gentleman pried my nails off instead of soaking them. All around just a very strange experience.

They left my nails thick and bumpy and when I called to say I didn't like it they blamed my nail and what I asked for. A two tone dip isn't out of the ordinary and I've had other places make dip look nice. Also angrily argued while i could hear on the phone. Will not go back. I dont trust them to even fix it.Service: Dip powder

I was not satisfied with the quality of work, my nails were too thick afterwards and bumpy and when i called to ask about it they blamed my nail shape and what i asked for instead of looking at the quality they provided.Service: Gel manicure

I haven’t been here but one time. One and done was good enough for me. This is the only place in town so I figured I’d try it as I was in the area. Nope ? worst decision of my life. The man doing my nails was an older guy who instead of asking me how I wanted my acrylics decided to make my choice for me. I asked for “medium length coffin” and what I walked out of that place with was short daggers. I have no clue what he was doing to my nails but I know i didn’t like it. I did speak up when he cut them too short and he acted as I didn’t even speak. Then when he filed them into tiny spikes I spoke up again. Again he acted like I didn’t even say anything. I wanted to cry after it was all said and done. I went right to my hometown salon and had them take the nails off and redo them. Then for the cherry on the cake I was charged $100 when I signed the receipt it was $60. So I had to call them bank and go through that mess. To say the least as someone who values my nails I would never recommend this place.Service: Manicure

This place is great! Friendly staff and quality work! Call ahead (same day is okay) to make an appointment and you won't be dissapointed! The last two times I've been in I've got the gel manicure and it has lasted over two weeks!! Pedicures here are quality as well including calf massage, exfoliation, and lotion.
