I am very happy with my recent experience at Waukesha Walk In. Our regular vet couldn’t see one of our pups same day for continuous vomiting, but Waukesha walk in got us in within an hour. The appointment was right to the point and efficient. The staff was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. After lab work, my pup was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She’s still recovering but is doing so much better with their quick response time, guidance and appropriate treatment plan. My family and I really appreciate their help during a very scary time for one of our fur girls! Thank you!

I rarely write reviews, but its only because I have so much love for Waukesha Walk-In that I write it. For my most recent appointment, I accidentally showed up an hour early with two stressed-out cats. They assured me it was no problem, and get me in a room and finished the exams and rabies vax super fast. I drive past several vets on my way to this clinic because they are so wonderful. THANK YOU!!

So went in to have my cat seen due to his nails being long they refused to see my cat because they had no record of him I called it a ball face lie because they had seen him in July for a yearly and a nail trim. This is the only vet I used for the past 10 years now my cat has passed away to a golf size mass that was found at an emergency vet that I had to take him too for him being lethargic and not eating. Lost records my butt you dropped the ball and that is why you turned us away.

The minute I entered the door I was met was a kind welcoming staff, the vet tech and vet her self were both extremely kind and gentle with my dogs injury, and provided reassuring support of the treatment/payment. I will most certainly go here again if my pets are injured, and do not quite require the Emergency Vet.
Thank you again for your service and support, my pup is doing great, and I’m glad to know she’s on road to a healthy recovery.

I rescued a cat a couple of days ago, my vets office could not see him for four weeks. My friend told me about this walk-in clinic where she takes her cats to. I called in the morning, an hour later I brought him there, they did his wellness check, all of his first shots, and I scheduled him to get neutered. The vet and the vet tech I saw was absolutely wonderful. Very nice, answered all of my questions, took very good care of my cat, explained everything to me, asked if I had any questions or concerns. I felt very confident with my cat in their care. I am so happy that my friend told me about this place.

My roommate and I took her kittens here for ear mite and worm treatment and loved the care and compassion of the staff towards the kittens and towards us. They explained everything in detail and happily answered all our questions. After that appointment, my roommate decided to take them here for their primary care. Both of us would highly recommend this clinic for pet owners!

Tried the Walk-in Vet in Waukesha for one of my 3 kitties that are 16 years old. They were so great with her and she wasn't even bothered by the Dr! They loved her too. Thanks Dr. Gluck!

Went in Friday morning, everything seemed great, employees were great. Dr told us we would have results of an infection Saturday, cost of this 10-minutes visit $215.00. Saturday at 3pm I called, they said no results are given on Saturdays, my poor baby would have to wait until Monday. Monday at 12:30:pm I still did not hear anything, apparently it was not put into the system that the doctor needed to call me with results. 4:00 I had to contact the hospital, my baby has a "possible" kidney failure, will need to bring her back for yet additional testing. I'm finding a new doctor, one who can return results within the timeframe that the indicate.

I was able to get in quickly for a same day appointment for my dog that had some limping and respiratory issues. Dr. Otto and all of the staff are absolutely amazing! They were compassionate, professional, thorough, and provided detailed options for treatment and estimated costs as we went along. Highly recommend!!!!!

I utilized the walk in option on 7/8/24 around 10am. The staff was on the ball and I was seen nearly immediately (no other walk ins at this time). The staff was friendly and the Dr was very professional and knowledgeable. She was one of the better we’ve seen. Great “bedside” manner and friendly. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Because it was a Saturday no one would see my baby who had ruptured anal glands. The entire staff was amazing. Definitely will use them in the future!

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the recent experience I had with Waukesha Walk-In Vet. On May 16th, I drove two hours to their facility for a consultation regarding a TPLO surgery for my pet. This required rearranging my demanding work schedule and sacrificing valuable time away from my business, which I operate from 7am to 9pm daily. I paid $1,000 for this consultation, trusting in the clinic’s excellent reputation and their ability to provide necessary treatment.
However, just four days before the scheduled surgery on May 24th, I was informed that the surgery was canceled due to the surgeon's unexpected medical leave. This sudden cancellation has had significant repercussions. I had to rearrange my entire week, take time off work to ensure proper care for my dog's recovery, and now face additional financial burdens and inconvenience.
The clinic coordinated the transfer of records and covered the additional medications needed to manage my pet's pain while waiting for a new surgery date at another facility. However, they refused to reimburse the $195 consultation fee with the new surgeon, despite the considerable inconvenience and additional expenses incurred.
While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the lack of reimbursement for the consultation and additional financial burdens is disheartening. The refusal to cover the new consultation fee feels unjust, given the situation was beyond my control.
