Excellent service such friendly guys. I go there all the time and everyone is incredibly friendly. Brought my dad there for the first time and they were so nice and talkative with him he’s a huge fan now as well. My fiancé went in to get me a gift and the guys were incredibly helpful to her and pointed her in the right direction for what she was looking for. 10/10

Recently bought a Robin Yount autographed picture frame and I used their framing service for a Brett Favre picture that I already owned. My sales associate was Dave and he was very professional, knowledgeable and funny. This is the third time I've bought something at the store and everytime has been a great experience. The store is very clean, kept organized and great atmosphere. I'll be back for more items.

Drove 2 hours to pick up and order I had placed through eBay. Tried to purchase more memorabilia in their shop. Associate said they were having trouble processing my order after they already ran my card and I got charged. They also couldn't give me what I ordered on eBay because they were all too busy with an autograph signing, and the guy working the counter didn't have the knowledge or authority to give it to me apparently.Long story short I drove all the way there and walked away with nothing other than a charge for memorabilia that I didn't get. Took a couple weeks to get it sorted out after multiple attempts to get my money back for the item I paid for and didn't receive because "their system didn't show a charge". Well, it did, and they eventually gave me a refund.Never leave bad reviews but this was really bad customer service. Would've loved to buy more stuff from them but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am so impressed with Waukesha Sportscards that I wanted to share my experience. I’m a Brewers fan and I live out of state. I saw that my favorite player, Owen Miller, was having a signing. I called to see if I could have him sign something and have it sent to me. The gentlemen that I spoke with (I called 3 times!) we’re so helpful. They were kind and patient and helped me through the online ordering process. I am so excited to get my Owen Miller autograph! Go Brewers and thank you Waukesha Sportscards!

The players they bring in for autographs are great and our kids love it. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with one of the owners scolding our kids for touching some of the merchandise while waiting in line: "Now I have to redo the whole shelf" is not something you say to a child waiting to meet his hero. The boxes were a little out of alignment and he got upset about it. This could have been handled much better by speaking to us, rather than talking down to our kids in front of us. They felt bad and it ruined the experience for us. We've gone for autographs and paid big money at least 5 times - we unfortunately will not be returning. I would not recommend bringing your kids to the store. Advice to the owners, lighten up or put the merchandise you don't want touched behind a shelf when you have hundreds of people in the store.

I've never been there but i've ordered many items there when they have autograph signings and the staff is very friendly and helpful with my orders, i really enjoy doing business with them.

Been buying autographs and Green Bay Packers memorabilia for the past 20+ years from Waukesha Sportscards. The owner Rob has built a wonderful team of employees especially the ones I have dealt with numerous times in John and Chris. Have never disappointed me. EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I always recommend my west coast packer fans to check out Waukesha Sportscards. Love to see what started out as a small sports card shop develop into a successful multi location business. I would imagine the reasons for their success are the following, Exemplary Customer Service, Honesty, Friendly, the large inventory of products and great prices.

The only sports shop I buy autographs at. Very trustworthy. In person autograph opportunities are available and run well…no long lines or overcrowding. I also like that they accept items to be autographed and go to signings I never would have gotten otherwise.
