We had very wonderful experiences with our time starting our kids in daycare at Pine Street Kindercare. This was our first daycare experience and Sue, Kim and our all kiddos teachers helped ease the transition for our family. Thankful for our time here and seeing the growth of our kiddos through different classrooms as they transitioned! Great updates and messaging in the app throughout the day too. Staff always welcoming, friendly and approachable for questions/concerns!Only things we wish could change is a designated parking area- winter months slippery and tight on road with more than one kiddo to load, but we would just park in the parking lot to be a little more safe with two kiddos!

We started using KinderCare at the beginning of the pandemic. We chose this facility as the site Director seems to be the most serious and concerned about keeping the kids safe of any of the sites we interviewed. Since then we have been very happy not only with the quality of the teachers, but also with the concern the staff show for keeping our kids safe. Let’s be honest, at the end of the day you want to take your kids somewhere where you feel they’re going to be safe. When our child was three years old, he was accepted into Montessori but webended up declining because we were so happy with Pine St., KinderCare that we preferred he continue to go there. Highly recommended.

The directors and teachers take great care of our son. Everyone is so friendly, my son looks forward to going every day, and the staff is so genuine. We highly recommend.

We love the Waukesha Pine Street KinderCare! Our daughter loves going there every day and even talks about her friends while at home. We are confident our daughter is loved and safe while at daycare!

We absolutely love KinderCare! The teachers are fantastic and really care about my daughter. They know the littlest details about her, which makes me know she is in good hands. The center is always great at communicating with us and I appreciate their availability and prompt responses. We couldn’t be happier knowing that our daughter is happy, learning, and getting cared for by such great teachers!

I truly appreciate the care and communication of the Pine St. KinderCare. I have had the opportunity of using Pine Street KC pre-Covid and during-Covid. What I like is how much care is taken with children, both while the kids are in the room and the amount of cleaning that goes into the center. Being a teacher myself I highly recommend this center!

My family's experience with Pine St. KinderCare began with them supporting us through a very challenging time for my kiddo (and for me). I could not have hoped for a more kind, committed group of people to come into our lives at that point. The staff at KinderCare genuinely love my kids; and as I leave them there each day, that is pretty comforting to know :)I'm so sad to be posting a 'take-back' for this review. Pine Street Kindercare was an absolute life saver for me 3 years ago; not just in terms of literal childcare (which, believe me was a gift in itself) but in terms of feeling supported as a mom & a member of this community. New leadership has left my kiddo dis-enrolled due to mental health issues, and our family 'dis-enrolled ' with no discussion re: next steps, no conversation following our 3+ years with the daycare - just 'bye'. As a mom & as a professional working with our special needs kiddos, I could not be more disappointed. You can do so much better Kindercare, and I am always open to talking with you about how you can move forward in more comprehensive support of your community.

The Pine Street KinderCare is wonderful! Our kids absolutely love the staff. Miss Sue (the center director) and Miss Amy (the assistant director) are fantastic - always so helpful!

Our family has had very positive experiences at this location, and our child is always happy at drop-off. The teachers in the infant room are such loving, kind people and are quick to respond to questions and check-ins. Our child comes home tired from an enriching day playing with friends and new experiences (what's more interesting to a little kid than other little kids?)Most importantly, the decision to have our child attend was much easier thanks to the strict health and safety measures put in place. I feel so much better about dropping off my child knowing that the center takes the health and safety of staff and families seriously.

The Pine Street location is hands down the best Kindercare around! The Director is amazing and the teachers are so sweet. I always get picture updates throughout the day and artwork to bring home. My 3 year old is learning how to write her letters, some math as well as taking care of the class pet(fish). I absolutely recommend ?

When I walk into Pine Street I can feel the positive energy, amazing employees, a well kept center and people who look like they love to work there. Thesoft music playing, while I enter center helps me feel calm dropping my daughter off. The music is so inviting. Makes my day. I was a new nervous parent, the thought of leaving my daughter with a stranger terrified me. The minute I met Sue at Pine Street KinderCare I became easily rested.! Sue has gone over and beyond to calm my new parent nerves. Sue took the time to reassure me, and encouraged me to reach out if I needed to.! I left that day knowing Sue will make sure my daughter is okay.! When my wife and I toured the Pine Street Center. We met Sue and she completed the tour. She answered all our questions and stated this statement. Sue said “your child is mine child when they are at my center.” This solidified our choice with picking Pine Street Location This is evident. Sue knows how my child and how her day goes, her favorite color, favorite animal. Sue creates a safe, fun learning environment and it is evident on how her center looks, her staff acts and how she responds to anything that we need from her. We are so blessed to have Sue be at Pine Street. I have NEVER worried about my daughters safety like I have before at another center. Pine Street KinderCare is a blessing, Sue is amazing and so is her staff. If you are looking for a daycare I would highly recommend this center.!Services: Meal preparation

They are all fantastic employees! I'm a new mommy and didn't expect having to say goodbye for the day was going to be so hard. But as the day progressed, we got so see updates on what he was doing, his adorable little smiling face and that made things SOO much easier for me! A weight was lifted off my shoulders. It got much easier to send him on his way every morning seeing such a big smile for his teachers! I would recommend this location 110%, I can't wait for my son to experience the rest of what Kindercare has to offer ^_^

There is no exaggerating just how great this place is. Not only are the teachers /caregivers amazing with our daughter, everybody’s also really nice and the projects and curriculum are perfect. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a great place for their children.

Kindercare has gone above and beyond to accommodate our family. They are so flexible and have great learning programs for the kids--even the babies!
