My husband always gets me flowers from here and the arrangements are ALWAYS beautiful! The flowers are always fresh and high quality, beautiful, they last a long time. Love the effort they put in to the presentation. Prices are reasonable! My mother was a florist and we grew up with beautiful arrangements in the house, so I know a good arrangement when I see one ? So glad he found such a wonderful florist, because I love having these gorgeous arrangements in my home! ? I would give 6 stars if I could.

We decided to go with Waukesha Floral for our wedding flowers and I was not disappointed at all! We first had a consultation with Denise who was kind and very helpful. I will say it was quite expensive, but the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages we received were beautiful and smelled amazing! Thank you!

I order flowers for $100.00 for daughter’s 60th birthday and was very disappointed. I said light summer flowers and when it was delivered it was terrible it was like a fall bouquet dark flowers and big sun flowers which I did say no sunflowers. You would think they would use roses and pastel flowers. I did call and they said they would send a new arrangement and pick up the one I did not like. The person well we use the flowers we have, WELL THEY ARE A FLORIST AND GREENHOUSE, I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE A GOOD SELECTION. When I looked on their site and they had beautiful pastel arrangements. I sent a photo to 3 of my friends and they said they are nice BUT NOT PRETTY FOR A 60th birthday when they show all others that are so pretty. WELL I KNOW I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM.

I waited 10 mins to talk to someone. Finally a lady came up and I explained I wanted colorful flowers for my wife and that I needed something really pretty. She pointed me to some vases ranging from $75 to $165. I asked about custom-made assortment and she said she couldn't, I thought it was because of Valentine's Day.As I looked for something else, she went to another guy behind me who had just got there and he asked for almost the same thing. She then went and started picking flowers out to custom make him one based on what he wanted. When I told her that I wanted a custom one, basically the same thing, she then said that one of her colleagues could help me but she was busy with another customer.I'm sure the gentleman behind me would give this place five stars, but unfortunately I can only give it 1 star and that's only because I have to. If my employee treated my customer like that, I would be looking for a new employee.

One employee was yelling at the florist who was helping me (the one yelling could not see me) when Miss Pattison was finished with my arrangement it was absolutely beautiful but I don't like screaming and yelling. Miss Pattison work was five stars.

Mary Jo created the most beautiful arrangement for my Grandmother's casket - it had every single flower that she loved and was absolutely breathtaking. I am very impressed and will be ordering from them for future events moving forward! We are so grateful.

Waukesha Floral did the flowers for my mom's funeral on June 12th at thr Randl Dable Funeral Home. The flowers were absolutly gorgeous. I've never seen such big and beautiful pink Roses. And I got so many compliments on the floral arrangements. Thank you so much..

The staff was so friendly and willing to help me with finding the perfect florals I needed for a photo shoot. The selection was fantastic considering I was there the day after Valentines and most other places were sold out. I will for sure use them for my next floral needs.

The perfect place for flowers and plants. Whether you're looking for houseplants, flowers or to find the perfect gift I couldn't recommend Waukesha Floral enough. The entire staff is always so accommodating and friendly.

My husband and I have used Waukesha Floral for over 30 years. We had always been extremely happy with their arrangements and customer service until today. I ordered a $75 fresh flower arrangement for our daughter. With delivery charges, the price came to almost $100. To say we were disappointed with what she received is an understatement. It looks like a $35 bouquet that's sold at Pick 'N Save. When my husband called the owner to express his disappointment and tell her she would be losing us as customers, her reply was "Oh, OK". No apology or offer to make it right. I'm not sure if this floral shop has changed hands since we last used them, but their standards have fallen greatly. I highly recommend you choose any florist but this one.

They were incredibly accommodating for me last minute and their customer service was incredible. I wish I remembered the names of the people I talked to but they were wonderful! And the flowers that they sent were stunning. Thank you so much!
