I have been going here for 12+ years with dogs and cats. The entire staff is very kind and helpful. I see all of the vets on a rotating basis and they’re all great. Prices may be a little higher than other practices, but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I think the extra attention and follow up they give is worth the additional cost versus some of the less expensive chain clinics. Everyone at WAH knows my dogs and remembers their quirks each time which is really nice.

Dr. Christina was excellent. She was able to provide reassurance and relief after several days running on no sleep and worrying about our pup. Not only did the clinic get us in with same-day notice, but had us in and out with no wait and spent as much time with us for questions as we needed. She treated our situation as if it were her own and we are so grateful!

Our cats and dogs see both Dr Lisa and Dr Christine. They are so helpful with our animal’s many needs, and give realistic solutions. I’m so appreciative of the front desk communicating via email as well, I have small children so phone calls are an ordeal. The facility is always clean, and the staff is amazing. We love it here and are so thankful to have found our veterinary home ❤️

I thought this animal clinic was nice, professional, and had nice staff until today. I picked up Heartgard today, and I felt like I was being attacked by the receptionist because I didn’t schedule it. It was unnecessary in a professional setting. Now I’ll be moving my business somewhere else.

My mother has taken her dog and cat to Waukesha Animal Hospital for many years and really found their service to be great. When her dog died unexpectedly, we took the body to Waukesha Animal Hospital. The staff was so good with us. Dr. Christina Betchner took time to meet with my mom. She was so comforting and empathetic to my mom’s loss. She helped her remember how great a dog my mom had and how everyone loved her. This was a very tough day for my mom and our family, but the staff at Waukesha Animal Hospital made it a little easier. We really appreciated it.

Moved out here to Waukesha from Elkhorn. They made us feel so comfortable! My dog is very picky when it comes to treats and never takes any from other people, but she loved the treats they were giving her, and she seemed a lot more relaxed. Definitely recommended!

The last 4 times I called they never have any available appointments and had to take my dog elsewhere. Mind you this is supposed to be his vet. I am very distraught and concerned about a behavior issue and all I was told was they can schedule blood work, x-ray, and something else. This clinic only cares about money and never has time. Do yourself and your dog a favor and go elsewhere.
