My normal pharmacy for a while, but this last time when I was told she was too far behind to get to my emergency prescription on that day, delaying my recovery by 4-6 hours, I switched to another pharmacy.

I've been with Walgreens on Moreland and kossow Rd for many years and the best of all pharmacists was Gin, an Asian lady who was the best in everyway possible. Now I've left Walgreens because my blood pressure me that I've been on For 28 years, I found out because my med wasn't in , is delivered by a robot ,now and Jennifer said the pharmacist now that they don't need people no more for this job and do it's have taken over. This is ridiculous, and I was so upset and Jennifer the pharmacist could of cared less. Plus she didn't know what mg I was on for hydrochlorothiazide so she let me pic.

For over 20 years, I used Walgreens pharmacies across Milwaukee County and a few in Waukesha County. Initially, I thought Waukesha locations were better—likely because I was paying cash at the time. However, once insurance and pre-authorizations came into play, I quickly realized they were no different. Across multiple locations, I experienced rude service, constant runarounds, and outright lies.
I regret not switching to a different pharmacy 15 years ago. As a single mom, I stayed because of the perceived convenience: drive-thru service, app-based prescription management, 24/7 hours, and their widespread locations. Unfortunately, Walgreens has fallen behind. Their pharmacies are no longer open 24/7, they’re not on every corner anymore, and other pharmacies now offer the same conveniences—plus lower prices, faster service, and better customer care.
Other pharmacies manage pre-authorizations and prescription refills with ease, without rude attitudes or unnecessary delays. If you’re considering Walgreens, I suggest exploring other options—you may find better service and more affordable prices elsewhere.

Website says pharmacy is open until 8, got there and now it closes at 5. Hard to pick up prescriptions if you work past 5.

Other nearby location closed unexpectedly so they said they could transfer prescription and fulfill next day. Arrived next day and they said to come back tomorrow. When challenged they say they cant fill prescription since other location has it. Not sure how many days they would have had me come back, and they couldn’t fulfill it to begin with apparently

These ladies did amazing! They do amazing! I typically go to the pewaukee location off capitol and my goodness, it’s over an hour until I can get my prescriptions just to find out they don’t have it in stock…… Kossow has always been amazing and quick. They typically have things in stock. The girls there are so kind and quick to get you what you need. Don’t let bad reviews of anger from short staff upset you. Same with pewaukee. I understand it’s not their fault. Be kind y’all. Smh. I’m 29 and Treat others better than most of y’all. Learn what your elders taught you.

My mom has been a returning customer and recently has had issues. First of all every time my mom comes in a manager named Pam is always following her and making her uncomfortable and being rude to her. My mother uses coupons very often but isn’t that what they’re there for? My mom doesn’t speak much English so when she has to go up to the register to a rude and mean cashier (Pam) it makes her feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. The incident that made me want to write a review in the first place was today when she came into the store susan (sue?) told her she was not able to purchase the Christmas items she wanted to buy. They were on the shelf right? Why is she not allowed to buy them that makes no sense. Then she called over Pam and it made my mom feel so uncomfortable because she didn’t know what was being said. Workers should not make someone feel like that when they are just wanting to buy a couple of things.
