Appalling service. My friend and I came into the store around 7:30 pm for a passport photo and were told that we would have to wait for an hour because the clerk and manager were “doing stuff.” When confronted with the Walgreen’s policy of customer first, the clerk was speechless. They were also able to find time to gossip about us by the register, which was in earshot. The mod, a young woman, made facial expressions like we were nuisances for wanting to use a service that Walgreen’s provides. I will no longer give my custom to this location as we are clearly not welcome. I would rather give my custom to a location that cares about its customers. This will be reported to corporate, especially since I have worked for Walgreens previously and know the policy well.

I'm disappointed that these folks instituted a new policy, the the meds I fill there aren't ready until after 2pm the day their due. Not a problem for some, but this is for pain meds, so it's just a longer tough wait for me.

If you don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes to pick up your prescription, whether you are in the drive thru or waiting in line a inside the store - this store is the place to be. They are always understaffed. Worse - they fill prescriptions you don't ask for and don't want. Now that they have an outside service filling scripts - you get everything in huge containers - just a waste of resources.

The person working the counter on 8/28/23 is rude, not helpful and didn't even offer to bag my purchase. This not the first time. Too bad labor is so tight!

Pharmacists are extremely rude, a few are very nice and helpful though. The lady with brown hair and decaying teeth was not helpful at all. I’m assuming she’s British.

I've been using this pharmacy for years now because it is the closest to my house, but it really isn't all that great. The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are always very knowledgeable and friendly, but the service can be extremely slow. One of the drive thru lanes has been closed for years at this point, and some days the one that is open can get really backed up. The photo department isn't that great either. I went here to get my passport photo taken, but the quality of the photo was so bad that when I went to apply for my passport, the employee at the post office wouldn't accept it. I've ordered prints too, but they're definitely hit or miss. I usually have the best luck with the 4x6 size. The bigger the photo, the more likely it won't turn out very well. This store also seems pretty understaffed. The cashiers are friendly, but the lines to checkout can sometimes get long. All of the products are generally stocked well. Sometimes I have trouble finding the skincare products I need, but all the other items are usually available.

The worst pharmacist I have had to deal with! What kind of district mgr would put Troy Thompson in charge??????? On a new rx he asked me two things: What my name was n told me the amount. Absolutely no consultation. Isn’t that the law? Never thanked me, etc. He is not managerial material. He’s stressed, irritable, angry, hates his job but loves his paycheck. Very rude to customers!!!!! I tried it but now only use it for a monthly rx I can’t mail to CVS. My husband is a diabetic with hypoadrenal n hypothyroid. I take about 7 meds due to pain n menopause.He takes tons of meds n strips. Together they are loosing about 30 scripts a month!!!!! A lot of customers don’t complain, they just find a kinder pharmacy. It still astounds me how rude he is. When he’s so stressed he sets a tone for the whole pharmacy. The techs gets stressed n tired, it’s just a bad environment. Want to keep your customers?? Be attentive, kind n appreciative to them. He lacks this skill. Who hired him????? Get rid of the person who hired him, bad judge of character. We quit all business with them except emergencies. DONE! CVS has 99% of a lot of money we pay out each month. Who else has done that n changed pharmacies? That’s a lot of revenue! Where’s the tech Nick or ? Really cool nice African American kid? I loved him!!!!!!!! Walgreens, who’s ever at the top fails miserably at handling their stores. Your stock is not doing very well either. You need better upper management to hire the right people. Go get them!!!!!! I spend extra gas money to go somewhere where people appreciate us and are kind. You are not getting my nickel!!!!!!! In fact, I wish you would pull out n leave. Let it turn into a restaurant or something!!Update. Ugh this store is hard to deal with. Everyone blames everyone else for errors n problems. U escalate it to higher ups n they have all these excuses. Wish we could be done w them.

They usually have what you need. The pharmacy is great. They also have COVID tests and vaccine available. Walk ins too!

I had both of my COVID shots at this location and it was a horrible experience. The pharmacy staff was incompetent and uninformed. If you are looking for ease and convenience, keep on looking and go somewhere else. Never again will I be back.
