I will never get a prescription filled here ever again. Twice now, I've gone to the clinic nearby. I've come to get the prescription, and this last time was a 45-minute wait. I had the clinic send it to Aurora by my house. This Walgreens still filled it and is still waiting for me to pick it up. Never again.

Walgreens is easy to shop at. It is not very crowded here (with the exception of the pharmacy which is average crowded), and there are now self checkout points in the front. This makes going in and out quicker especially if just getting one or two items.
There is a pharmacy as I mentioned, As long as you don't go around 4-6 PM usually the line is not that bad. They have a drive through for the pharmacy, so sometimes if that has a lot of cars it's quicker to go inside.
All the employees are nice and helpful in my experience.

Constantly out of stock on my, my dads, and wifes meds. They send us to other walgreens. Was told by a pharmacy tech I couldnt talk to the pharmacist. Major violation.

I never have a problem at this location but today was upsetting. I am starting a new injectable medication - which I have never had one - and asked to be taken to a room and showed how to do it and the pharamist said to watch a you tube video. WTH! Took device out of box and told do this and this. I wanted to experience the full process to make sure I do it right. Very disappointed in service.

Waited in the drive thru for five minutes while the girl behind the counter ignored me. No other cars there. She waited till she was good and ready. Zero stars! Worst customer service!

I wish I could post a zero star review. The pharmacy is abysmal, extremely slow, and I'm sick of the pathetic service here. Additionally, we've been notified multiple times a prescription was ready for pick up, arrived, and then informed the prescription isn't ready or isn't even on-site at the location. As I type this, I've been waiting for 20mins, and neither of the 2 lanes has moved a single inch.

Very friendly and efficient service. My friend and I went in for passport photos, didn’t have to wait long at all and the clerk was very professional when he had to help with the queue at the front desk. At no point were we made to feel like an inconvenience. We originally attempted to get a photo taken at the Meadowbrook location where the service was incredibly subpar to non-existent, even with no other customers in store. Would highly recommend this location!

I am a Cancer patient I am in treatment and I have mouth sores caused by treatment. I was prescribed something called magic mouthwash, it is a Lidocaine Compound (mixture). They filled prescription last month just fine, I have 3 refills on the prescription. I called at 2pm for a refill. They told me I could pick it up at 6pm. When I got there the nothing was there for me not even note for the prescription. While there they tried to run the refill and I was told insurance denied it, so frustrated I went home.
I called my insurance and was told that when they tried to run it Walgreens didn’t tell them what it was; not magic mouthwash, not Lidocaine compound, just an empty request for meds with Walgreens prescription number. Insurance not knowing what this was denied it.
Insurance said to have them rerun it with the Prescription # that Walgreens filed last month and to put Lidocaine Compound in the box. Do ok I thought it is all fixed and I could get my meds. Now Walgreens will not answer the phone for my number. Mind you I am weak and irritable and trying to get some much needed medication. I know what you may think, I never raised my voice, cussed, didn’t become argumentative or belligerent. Nope I didn’t do anything other than to try and sort this crap out by going there or calling several times. They created this situation and messed everything up. I am so done with them I would give a negative score if I could.

Waukesha sucks! No help.long lines ALWAYS! NO GOOD PHARMACY MANAGER. Constant issues with staff saying they nevr received my prescription. My doctor WILL NOT SEND SCRIPTS THERE SHE SAID ANY LONGER! I have never seen ANY BUSINESS RAN AS TERRIBLE AS WALGREENS ON SUNSET RD. IN WAUKESHA. CVS is the bomb!

Great service in person but if you have to call them... be prepared to wait. I waited 20 min without speaking to anyone before hanging up.

2 people were ahead of me at the pharmacy, when i got to the counter the lady just straght up left and i was stuck waiting there for an aditional 7 mins before someone even noticed i was there.
