I went to look for my son's prescription and the first time they told me that the next day they had it ready for me, I go the next day and they tell me first that nothing appeared then they tell me that they got my son's name and they don't have it in stock What they sent him then they leave me waiting and tell me that in 30 minutes his recipe will be ready I'll go in an hour and guess what? They came back and the child doesn't appear, then or if they find him again and then they say they already picked her up and then it's not that at this Walgreens I sent him to another one ?? because they never told me anything. Irresponsible people and very bad professional and customer service. I had not seen the reviews otherwise I would never have sent my recipe there

Didn't happen to me but I witnessed some of the most hateful behavior I've ever seen in terms of customer service by one of the lady cashiers. It was really disappointing to see someone treat someone else that way. Do better.

I had the worst experience going there. They have horrible customer service. One of the genesis pharmacists there was so rude with horrible attitude towards customers. He was racist and asked me for my ID for the medications for my daughter who needs them for her wisdom teeth surgery. and she didn't want to give them to me because I'm Mexican and I don't have a US ID but mine are already expired so I can't do anything! Sorry I can't change that I guess, but what do I do if I can't change who I am?

Manager Stacy was rude at the front cashier. Went in to kindly ask to refill my cashapp card and Stacy just said “i cant because my systems down” in an un-deserved condescending way. Poor customer service. I didnt mind if their systems down but that old lady should learn some manners!

This Walgreens practices predatory, misleading, malicious behavior for signing people up for credit cards. They reference it as "rewards". Sickening. Corporate needs to do something about this behavior.

I love this store I come here often I come here for medicine and also Uber cards I would highly recommend this location as people are friendly as soon as you come in with a nice greeting

The pharmacy at this Walgreens totally blows. They are rude, never call to tell you something is out of stock leaving you scrambling at the last minute, refuse to check other locations (saying they can’t, but other Walgreens can), and never answer the phone. I called 3x today and kept getting hung up on because they let the phone sit on hold for so long.

I did not know which pharmacy to use when I first came to Waukesha, but this Walgteens was very close to where I live. I have never had a worse experience with a Walgteens. The staff here is arrogant and dismissive. The pharmacy refused to refill a number of my medications until they talked to my doctor. There are people outside who beg for money.The only thing I can day positive about this place is that the store is well organised.If I were you, I would choose another pharmacy.

Goofy rewards program. I accumulated more than $31.00 in cash rewards. I wanted to use all of those rewards to help buy an item that was priced $49.99. I learned I could only use $20.00 of my $31.00+ cash rewards because "cash rewards can only be used in certain increments". Kind of goofy in my opinion.

They're extremely understaffed and a bit rude when questioning time frames of when medications will be ready, especially if you try and call in the afternoon. A young lady was upset with me for calling instead of waiting until I received their auto ready text/call. As if I was wasting her time. If you need to use this walgreens definitely go in the morning. They're not as busy and less stressed.

In the last few months I've had numerous occasions with appalling customer service. The most recent was last Friday. I waited for quite some time at the counter with 5 employees visible. Not once did anyone acknowledge me. I asked if there was a more convenient time to pick up my prescription. The answer..."we are really very busy right now so, yeah! Come back in two hours!"

Those in the pharmacy have been extremely helpful to me and patient with me as I make the transition from being on my parents insurance to being on my own insurance at 26 years old. I went in with a company insurance card and the technician (Carly) spent 10-15 minutes (at the end of her shift) on the phone with my insurance to get extra information that she needed to fill my prescription, only to find out that I can only use my employer's pharmacies. Even after I realized I basically wasted her time, she was more than polite and understanding about it.Even though I apparently can't get my prescriptions at this pharmacy with my insurance, I'm going to keep coming to this store.
