I’ve been a VPCP patient for a few years and I’m stunned by their level of care, compassion, and dedication to helping others! I can always expect to be met with kindness there. Even the billing department is so caring and was able to come up with a flexible payment plan so I always felt welcome to keep coming to Village. Keep up the great work!

I cannot speaker high enough in regards to Village Primacy care providers. They have an amazing team and truly go out of their way to help people. With their at home care visits and amazing customer service/billing department, they are people first. I cannot emphasize how amazing they are and how helpful Laura has been with helping me set up payment plans and getting messages through to the proper people. 10/10

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion provided by JoAnn Browne and the staff at Village Primary Care during the difficult time when my father was dying. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring his comfort and well-being went above and beyond any expectations we had.
From the moment we met JoAnn and Jessica, it was evident that they genuinely cared about my father's well-being. They took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and provide us with the information we needed to make informed decisions. Their empathy and understanding were truly remarkable, and it made a world of difference for our entire family.
Throughout my father's illness, JoAnn and Village staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure his comfort. They were always available, even during off-hours, to address any concerns or provide guidance. Their willingness to be present and supportive during this challenging time was truly remarkable.
What truly set Village Primary Care apart was their ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining a high level of professionalism. They treated my father with the utmost respect and dignity, ensuring that his wishes were honored and his pain was managed effectively. Furthermore, JoAnn and Village Primary Care employees not only focused on my father's physical well-being but also took the time to address our emotional needs as a family. NEVER in my lifetime have I ever had problems reaching a “PA”! I get no return calls nor does the pharmacy I use!! I seen Joanne Brown on 10/3 and I STILL HAVEN’T got my meds!! Very poor “provider”! FLAT OUT NEGLECT!!!! And to many lies!!!! Also I’ve NEVER signed a release form for passing on information about me!!!! What about the laws you don’t follow!!!

I have never in all my years have been so very happy with my health care. Each one of the staff treats you like you matter, your ailments matter and they will go to the extreme to help you with it. They actually listen and don’t treat you like a number or push you out the door when you are done. They also don’t treat you like you’re stupid or belittle you for the questions you ask. They work with you!! They never have had their own agenda and try to push it on you. I really don’t feel 5 stars are enough, they are all priceless to me with every experience I have with them. I will never trust anyone but Village Primary to take care of me. They honestly care and it shows!!

Village Primary Care Providers is the epitome of excellence in top-notch medical care and customer service! Meredith was the first person we talked to out of nine clinics in the area who was willing and able to assist us with evaluating and COVID testing our large family during a time of illness while we were traveling. Laura was extremely professional and proficient at working with the insurance company and went above and beyond to ensure we completed the necessary authorizations; she was readily available and thorough with her follow-up. JoAnn Browne took the time for a virtual visit and created a patient-centered plan of care. Alyssa and Meredith created a positive presence, greeting us with smiles every time we had to come to the clinic. We also know that the entire team played an integral role in coordinating, collecting, and running the COVID tests on multiple occasions. Each member was efficient, competent, and kind. Thank you to Liz, Jada, Tressa, and Jessica!! We are forever grateful for such a wonderful experience with a team we can trust!!

I highly recommend services from here! I called for covid-19 test & appointment was scheduled for next day. Basic proof of Identification & Health Insurance is required & can be sent digitally. Upon arrival: send message to # provided to declare arrival, a medical professional will approach your vehicle wearing appropriate safety PPE, & nasal swab (PCR) test is performed while you remain inside vehicle. Information pertaining to test results is securely sent to your phone VERY quicky. I received results within 8 hours! Everything was swift, safe, & super easy!

This clinic advocates the continual and constant facilitation of a never ending "scamdemic". They allow for never ending testing without caring how much money is wasted on it.

The attention my husband and I receive from all the staff is much appreciated. We feel like we are actually listened to. We are also on the home health monitoring and someone always follows up when they see anything that seems "off". Since are new to the area, we feel very fortunate to have found Village Primary Care.
