I recently bought our king size mattress from Verlo, but before that I purchased all our mattresses from Verlo (since we moved to the area in 1985). They have great customer service and the mattresses themselves are extremely comfortable. I have had a couple of our older mattresses reconditioned so they last years longer.

Our purchase took about 15 to 20 minutes. It is a very comfortable bed and we sleep well.

The purchase of a new mattress was made very easy and with no pressure. The mattress was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The delivery people put the mattress where we wanted it and took the old mattress and box spring away. It was a great experience. We will buy from them again.

Finding sheets for v11 mattress is a problem! Don't let the Salesperson tell you different. Another reviewer said she had purchased a bed she couldn't find sheets to fit. Prior to purchasing a v11 mattress, we were assured that they did in fact have sheets to fit our mattress, but they would have to order them. So we placed our order for a mattress, mattress pad, and sheets. The new mattress and mattress pad were delivered without the special order sheets. We made another trip back to pickup the sheets a week later to discover that they did NOT fit, not even close! So, buyer beware, these mattresses are so thick we cannot find a local supplier for fitted sheets! But for some strange reason, the mattress pad did fit fine. We spent an entire day searching online for extra deep fitted sheets, and we found a much higher quality set for 1/2 the price found at Verlo. We can only hope they fit when they arrive. Also beware there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS per the BACK PAGE nobody made us aware of. The purchase of our mattress became an expensive, regretful experience due to the back side of the page small print, and what we feel are grossly overpriced bed sheets that don't even fit. We would not have purchased a v11 had we known these small, but important details. Bottom line: We suggest avoiding the v11 mattress and sourcing standard size bedsheets elsewhere.

Stellar service from purchasing to delivery! I was in need of a new King size mattress and have always heard great things about Verlo. I was able to find the perfect mattress at the Waukesha store without sales pressure. My delivery was on time and courteous and professional. Definitely a customer for life!

We had some compatibility issues with our existing bed frame and our new mattress/adjustable base. The Verlo Team did what it took to work through the problems. Great customer service, great value. The delivery team was punctual and courteous.

We were long time Verlo customers and when the new memory foam beds came out 8 years ago we tried our luck, we were so unhappy until now when we purchased our new Verlo mattress and adjustable base. We‘ve had it now for a week and both of our sleep experiences have improved drastically….We will never leave Verlo again!

If you need a better night sleep then this is the place to go. Also, one of the few businesses left where the product is hand crafted in house by the folks who sell them. Great way to support a local business and get an overall better night sleep because of Waukesha Verlo.
