This review is for Summer! My brother and I dropped off over 150 packages and she was accommodating, kind, and helped us with a smile. Not to mention, this was over lunch when USPS was already super busy. She deserves a promotion!

service much better than the rest of the usps stores I've been to. PO boxes with a combination lock easier to manage than the keyed ones. Unfortunately the parcel pickup desk is super duper slow.

I'm wondering if some parts of the city have better mail carrier service, or if it's uniformly bad.
A delivery package, my bank check order, & my W-2 forms got lost or stolen last year. Our address gets other people's mail. And they won't pick up my outgoing mail. Shameful.
