“Seriously. HANDS DOWN. THE. MOST. HASSLE FREE. car buying experience I have ever had!!! And I've got some troublesome bad credit and low credit history. I started my buying process online. While I was waiting for the document validation process on line ((it says it takes a few days)) I started to get anxiety that I did something wrong, and I'm old school I don't trust too much online.. and how the heck do you buy a car online?!?!?! That's nuts!! Anyways, went into the store, explained what I did. Shannon helped me finish up the process. Super freaking nice!! Answered ALL of my weird questions, didn't make me feel dumb or uncomfortable at all even with all of the time consuming dpcuments i had to find to email in... it was time consuming on MY part because I didn't have the correct documents needed, but they helped me and got others involved that could help speed up the process in any way they could to make it easier.. ZERO pressure with everything.. it was a great, great, great, great, GREATTTT experience. All of the staf VERY friendly and welcoming and all willing and able to answer your questions!! I am a customer for life now!! See you soon to buy my sons car!! I give them a million stars!!!!”
