Upon arrival, the manager as the only one working, was helping two other customers. Her attitude towards them was less than cheerful and somewhat rude. We waited to be helped and then got everything situated and paid for. She kept pushing storage and how lonely she is there. She handed our paperwork and told us which truck was ours and that was it. My dad and I did a walk around noting all the spots with an X. That meant previous damage. We were not walked out or around with, nor was it explained that we had to use a text link to walk around the truck to mark damage.Upon return, everything was good according to them and they closed it out and processed my total. Then almost an hour later, they opened it back up and added damage charges to my contract. No pictures, just added the damage and charged me for almost $300 worth. I called as soon as I was aware angry because there was no damage. They claimed we hit an overhang when the drive is a straight shot in the clearing and you do not go under anything at all, not even to load/unload.The manager I spoke with, Michelle, was very rude and yelled at me over the phone making it clear she believed I was at fault and the Damage Waiver I purchased wasn't even considered because she called it "negligence" so it will not cover what she deems damage from us. We didn't damage the vehicle, and yet even with their purchased protections, she is still going to stick you with the bill for ANY damage she can find on the vehicle. She will find a way to make sure you aren't "protected" via her say of what happened.We spoke with someone else through U-Haul who was able to support us and ensure the claim was contested and apologized repeatedly for how unprofessional and rude the manager treated us. The charges were shown to be reversed for the damage AND the additional charge that occurred from them closing the contract a second time therefore a second rental payment.Everything with this experience was poor and frustrating. The manager lacks customer service skills and is challenging even after I was helped through U-Haul. She emailed even after it was contested to ensure me she was going to charge me and her evaluation of the damages stands. Given what another customer reviewed with their experience, she's fraudulently seeking to charge her customers. Maybe she's so lonely as she stated and unhappy that this is what she feeds off of. Highly inappropriate in management to behave in such a manner. We will never be renting through U-Haul again. Rent through Enterprise. They care about their customers.

I was fraudulently overcharged for the third time at this location. Two days after returning a trailer I see a $119.54 charge on my checking account. I had already returned the equipment. I never got a single notification from uhaul about late fees or not returning the trailer. Again this is the third time this exact same thing has happen at this location. This was theft. You have no right to access my account like that. The charge was refunded but you still owe me an overdraft fee.

Got boxes... good handles on their small boxes. Better handles than two men and a truck boxes but cardboard is not as strong. Cheaper though.

They literally just do whatever they want? Like, my reservation was 48 hours I brought it back at hour 47 and she said it was late?? After she personally changed my reservation to 4 more days without discussing ANYTHING with me at all. She also stated that I returned it dirty, despite that I swept AND mopped the back 5 minutes before returning it??♀️ Literally go to ANY other uhaul. Michelle is insane out of her mind.

Pick up was fine. Rep stated if we were pased 24 hours we would be charged for an additional day, no big deal. Upon return we were met by a new agent who was extremely rude for being over 24 hours, accused us of stealing the master lock that the first rep kept possession of . And said I am going to "stick it to you for all i can [and she did] " charged us the maximum rates she could.Anyone there is another uhaul 5 min away I would recommend another location

DO NOT RENT A UHAUL VEHICLE FROM HERE! Paid for the person who used the truck before me and my own gas. Called the store about it & they basically said “too bad, I can’t help you with that”

My friend rented a few vehicles from here they did a good job but I don't understand why once you go there once why all information doesn't stay in the system after renting numerous times.
