Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received. After holding on to my equipment for a almost a month to do what the owner himself called a ‘simple strait forward process’ they decided they were no longer interested in the business. Complete waste of time. Also strongly question their knowledge related to fiber optic cabling as they seemed unaware of industry standard terms. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service and unprofessional. After holding onto our equipment for almost a month, they decided they didn’t want to do the work, which they described as a simple straightforward repair. Their fiber optic cabling knowledge seems suspect as well. Was not familiar with basic industry standard terminology.

Brought my less-than 1y/o printer here for repair after it suddenly stopped working (paper feed issue). The staff here are SO friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I'm so glad I went here instead of Best Buy for the repair. Would definitely return if something were to happen again.
