Inexplicably closed in the middle of the week and it is NOT a banking holiday (or any holiday). Poor business practice. Hours at this location have progressively gotten worse over the last five years on top of closing their in-store bank. This may be the last straw for me with this bank. Plenty of other more reliable options to take your money.

Can't say anything thing bad at all. In the beginning there were a few unpleasant hick ups however with professional communication the issues were resolved. Also my memory is going pretty quickly and my cordnation is also pretty bad and the tellers for the most part have been very patient and understanding which is greatly appreciated. If I've had concerns about my accounts etc I can communicate that with them and they do everything they can to help answer my questions and ease my concerns I highly recommend them over a lot of the other banks.

I always leave happy here. I feel awkward at the bank, because I simply don't bank much. I'm in p.js while everyone else looks professional. N E way no one seems to mind or throw rude looks.....lol. Plus I never remember any of my info and they are so helpful. Back in the day banking was different. No Suit No Service ! Thanks Joey Gonzales n Adam Estes you're too cool

I normally don't write reviews but felt that I need to to make sure others steer clear of this bank if you are looking for a mortgage loan. To start off I was pre-approved for a loan and was told that I'd be able to put down only 5%. I made an offer on a house that got accepted, so I sent in all the documents that Tri City asked for right away. Things seemed to be going completely fine until about two weeks before my closing date my loan officer told me that she was going to have to hand my file off to someone else because she was going to be on vacation during the time that I would be closing on my house. Honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal except for the fact that she never gave me a warning she'd have to hand my file over to someone else eventually. Then, my financial contingency was suppose to be taken care of about a week before my closing date. Well, due to Tri city and the underwriter they use, I needed to extend that date because they still needed more time. Mind you, I submitted all the documentation they needed the last week of October and was closing the last week of December. Also, a seller can back out of the deal completely if you don't meet the initial deadline that was set for your financial contingency to be all taken care of. Tri city didn't seem to care though and didnt seem to be in any type of rush to meet deadlines. Then about 3 days before my set closing date they called and told me that I do not qualify for the loan that they initially told me. I was told that I could not put just 5% down, that I'd need to put down 20%. The loan officer actually had the audacity to ask me if I could borrow $20,000 from a family member or something. Which is hilarious because it says right in their contracts that you cannot borrow a large sum of money from someone for your down payment. This was the worst experience I ever had with a company. I ended up finding a different mortgage company and actually got approved to put only 5% down and was able to buy a home! Also, Tri city doesn't even begin to process your files until you pay the $500 underwriter fee, which I should've known was a red flag seeing as the new lender I'm working with just had me pay the underwriter fee at closing. My new lender acutally told me that I was the THIRD person in A MONTH that switched over to them from tri city because tri city wouldn't give them a loan. And I also had a family member that was told he would be able to put only 5% down for his house but was told by tri city at the last minute that he'd need to put down 20% to get the loan. Don't ever use this bank if you are looking to get a loan, they will just waste your time and money, look elsewhere.

Extremely friendly employees! Always a nice bank and always clean. I've banked at a lot of banks and credit unions in the past but none were as nice as this one. All their workers are extremely nice and helpful!

Trevor Arnold, assistant VP and my loan officer is also my hero. I was totally unfamiliar with and unprepared for purchasing a business. He helped me find information I needed. He did most of my paperwork for me. He even came to my house.I will always go to Trevor for all my business banking needs. I suggest you do too.

This bank on Sunset Ave in Waukesha is great. They are always helpful and very nice when we have to deal with them. And Trevor really went above and beyond to take care of our needs! I recommend using them for a mortgage, in addition to regular banking.
