This T.J. Maxx has a large selection of various items, so it’s always fun to browse. I haven’t had many interactions with staff, but whenever I have, they’ve been polite. If you take the time to look closely, you can find some amazing deals, too.

I have shopped here many times and it is easy to say the customer service is always good however this last time I came in I was helped by possibly the sweetest worker she had been so sweet and attentive please give this girl a raise! I caught her name before I had checked out so please give this girl the credit she deserves!! Amarah !

Wow! Just wow. I’ve never had such rude service in my life. It started out with me returning a pair of unworn shoes without a receipt which I did not want money but a store credit for. They had multiples of same identical shoe which I brought up to the counter. I was told no credit or anything because of no receipt. I asked to speak to store manager, John, who reversed that decision and did give me a credit which I greatly appreciated. I went to shop and saw some items in the jewelry case and asked the lady working in that dept if she could help me. Not only was her tone sarcastic, but she did not realize I could see her and she gave a very fake smile which quickly disappeared, and then had a smirk on her face. I told her never mind. I wouldn’t want to bother you and she looked utterly surprised by my reaction. I than proceeded to do some more shopping and ran into the manager John where I thanked him again very nicely for allowing me to get a store credit. During that interaction, he did not even look at me or respond to anything I said, except with a small nod, and a type of grunting sound. I will not be shopping at TJ Maxx anymore. And I am very disappointed with my experience here today they need to do some retraining of their staff.

You can always find something here. Stock seems to be coming in every few days, so if you see something you like, buy it. The lesson I learned is that if you don't, it may not be there when you go back.

Unfortunately, my shopping experience turned sour during checkout. The lady who checked me out was kind to ask Cathy (not sure her title) for a discount on an item that I selected that was pulling at MANY seams. Cathy immediately had an attitude and radioed to the store manager to come “deal with this customer” after telling me flat out no when the I asked if there was anything that they could do for the customer. Very inconsiderate and rude! Terrible customer service!
