Amazing place!! We take my puppy here and she loves it. Love their training methods - the facilities are clean, staff is super welcoming. You can tell they love dogs and seeing them thrive!

They really should have a fence around it. It's very confusing to get to.

NOT impressed. Location was VERY difficult to find. Would have been helpful if we were given directions when scheduling. Had to pay extra for an "assisted swim" for a 6 year old lab that swims on a weekly basis. They insisted on a life vest that was too tight and impeded my dog's swim. Stephanie insisted that this was required & she FINALLY removed when I said I was leaving if it wasn't removed. I wouldn't trust her to assist my dog if needed. The only time she went in the pool was to get a ball. Entire staff was unfriendly and condescending. I would have to jump in the pool if assistance was required. There is a HUGE drop in the pool when you walk in and is dangerous if your dog makes a mis-step. And they actually charge you to shampoo your dog in a crappy garage!

My dogs have been training there since they were puppies. They are almost 4 years old now and are still going to Tails Academy a couple times a month because they love the activities and the staff. As well as being able to swim in the winter!

I went on a tour of the facilities here and heard all about what was offered. I feel like the facilities are very high quality, everything was very clean and professional. The swimming pool for the dogs is great! I love that they have an indoor swimming pool and teach dogs to swim. They also have a water treadmill for conditioning agility dogs and also dogs who would enjoy a lower impact exercise. What impressed me most is their "day care" program. They work on training, agility, swimming, and walks rather than just having 20 dogs playing in a group with 1 person trying to supervise. They are kept mentally and physically stimulated which I think is a great opportunity for dogs who need consistency in their training. Obviously this tailored program is going to be more expensive than dropping off your dog for free play, but I can certainly see the value in it.

We love coming here. We are getting all our dogs trained in swimming as we'd like to get two of them involved in dock diving.Stephanie our instructor is the best. She takes her time and really helps encourage the dogs. The place is amazing and huge. We are also looking into agility classes and scent work. They offer so much we can't wait to try some of the other services.

Currently taking our new pup here, and the trainer seems very friendly and knowledgeable. Look forward to seeing how the future classes turn out!

Stephanie was amazing with our Bernese Mountain Dog FOR his first encounter with a pool! Although we aren't sure if he enjoys swimming, we definitely will return for other services in the future.

We are having a great experience with the adult manners class and private training with Carly. She's awesome-full of knowledge and tips! We've learned so much.

Was looking for facilities that provided swimming for my almost 1 year old German Shepherd. I wanted the best and Think Pawsitive popped up. Steph, who helped us, really showed me how much they want to teach myself and my girl. Ahsoka had such a blast. She was exhausted by the time she got home. Thank you Steph. We will definitely be back. Such a great activity to do in the summer time. Gives Ahsoka the exercise she needs as well to help her muscles. Will have to bring in my older dog soon to try it out.

I signed up for a dog training class a month prior to it starting and paid the 325 dollars. I received several email confirmations over the next couple weeks and email reminders about watching the first lecture and what supplies to bring. When I showed up no one was there and after standing there waiting I called and was informed they cancelled the class and “must have missed my name” when notifying people. Interestingly they never refunded the 325 dollars I had already paid as well. Very unprofessional.Edit- the manager called me and said that their employee was out sick and that’s why class was cancelled. They said my option was to take a later date that conflicted with my schedule or to get a refund MINUS the “deposit” of 75 dollar despite it being completely out of my control that they cancelled class and never told me. I’m shocked at how unprofessional this company is.

This review is for the Stop Pulling- Leash Walking class for last week Wednesday. Just outstanding. My baby girl is a rescue and she has been through serious trauma. She is 8 and I was not sure how she would take to an entry level course with young pups. This was also a gift so I was optimistic yet hesitant. The instructor was AMAZING! What a lovely individual with such an incredible demeanor. She was so patient and committed to each pup. Heck, she was patient with the humans and the questions and well as frustration (on my end). So many great tips and suggestions/ideas. We walked away learning something new for our Samoyed. We also left with a new harness and treat tubes to fill for walking. I honestly gained so much from this. So did my pup lol. What a great course for dogs of all ages in my opinion.Again, the instructor was phenomenal. I would trust her working with my baby girl again. She was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

We've been taking our 14 year old dog here for swimming for over 6 years. We started taking her after CCL surgery. She started with the water treadmill and then graduating to the pool. Her recovery went very smoothly with the added therapies. The staff is very caring and helpful. The only complaint is that parking is horrible. Especially when they have an event.
