Absolute joke . We tried to place a big first order but they declined to fulfill it . To add insult to injury ; a manager named ‘Sarah’ called and cited that she can not sell to us because we sell on Amazon ( which is not true ) !! When we explained that we do not sell on Amazon , she rudely responded “ I have been in Buisnesss for 20 years and no way you guys not selling on Amazon “ . Seriously !! Emphasizing your new clients are liars !! We run multiple locations in different cities and countries ; and if she had done some research instead of relying on her arrogance and naivety , her company wouldn’t have lost us as a client.
