Don't get a season ticket.. It's literally a scam.
After they collect your money for it you'll never be able to actually get haircuts because they choose not to hire enough staff and the lineup will always be full.

Don’t charge for a beard trim if you are too timid to trim one. Couldn’t tell the difference before and after a haircut and beard trim. Look exactly the same walking in and out

I think the haircuts are decent but the problem is there is nobody here to staff it. For the latter half of the day there is only one stylist here. You wait 90 minutes for a haircut with 2 people in front of you. If you don't check in at least 4 hours prior to closing, you will not get in. Remember there are only a few customers during that time frame. You might as well go to a different place since this location cannot provide the service that it advertises. I will go somewhere else next time so I don't spend hours waiting.

Tia was a great stylist. Great conversation and awesome service. It had been a while since I'd been at this location because it wasn't convenient for me, but now I'll go outta my way to have Tia cut my hair.

I had an amazing experience at Sports Clips, thanks to Tia. She was welcoming and professional, making the whole process comfortable. Tia really listened to what I wanted and provided great advice. The haircut I received was perfect – exactly what I was looking for. She's incredibly skilled and pays attention to every detail. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a fun sports theme. I highly recommend Tia for an excellent haircut. I'll definitely be returning!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. My hubby went here today for a haircut and beard trim. The lady was more focused on how fast she could get to her next client than doing a good job. After she cut my husbands lip when trying to trim his mustache, he left. He still charged him for the beard trim even though she barely did anything to his beard and hurt him. This place is more worried about consumer turn around than client satisfaction. Do not go here. Go to an old-school barber. They are hands-down way better!
