I picked up a good casual shoe and then got a black pair of slip ons that i can wear for just about any occasion. The staff at this store were very helpful and nice. Definitely check out the Skechers warehouse in waukesha! Your feet will thank you!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes online from Goodmiles Running Company that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were very quick to ship & arrived well packaged & in perfect condition. Unfortunately the shoes were too tight for me so I did have to return them, but they made the whole process very quick & easy! Although the shoes didn't work for my slightly wider feet, I will definitely check here next time when I order again. I would recommend these folks to friends & family in the market for athletic / running shoes!”

“In contrast to what some of the negative reviews report, I’ve had a good experience - possibly because I don’t consider it the job of retail workers to treat me like a best friend? I’ve always received the treatment I think can be expected (employees have always been polite, gotten me a dressing room promptly, answered my questions, rung me out without issue, etc.)
What has also happened every time I’ve been in this store is this: there is invariably some customer with elaborate needs occupying the full attention of at least one associate, be it with a baroque labyrinth of return and exchange requirements, a need for the associate to act as their dedicated shopping buddy, or some other request I honestly cannot imagine making. Just now, I was at the register beside a woman literally accusing the poor employee checking her out of some kind of fraudulent charge. So, if I had to guess, I’d wager that some of the one-star reviews may come from customers with expectations far exceeding what I think the average shopper would hold.
Rant over. Shop here if you like Free People. This store is totally fine.”

“I walked into the Waukesha, WI store at around 1:30pm today and asked at the register where I could find women’s athletic shoes. I was pleasantly greeted by Kelly who led me to the right section and conversed with me about what type and brand I was interested in and what size I wear (size 7 EE). We looked but could not find Sketchers cross trainers in 7 wide. She led me over to ASICS and Saucony shoes and she personally assisted me with trying on the ASICS and Saucony. We found that the Saucony in 7.5 W fit very well. She was very pleasant and took great care of me. I hope management reads this and promotes her. All of the staff at checkout were pleasant as well. Note: If you buy shoes in the stores, give your phone number as you earn points which I was able to use today to buy the shoes that were $75 for $30. The whole experience made my afternoon!”
