He carried my items to the car! We need more of these in this world.
I went in with 2 old, mostly full, gallons of paint, green and grey. I asked if they could mix them up and together to make a color closer to what I wanted, sage grey. He did so AND added more color to it. NO CHARGE. He was the best service/sales man I have ever crossed paths with. I am someone with 15 years of service and hospitality experience; I know good people when I see one. I didn't get his name but he was at the Grandview, Waukesha location today. 40/50 years old and he said he has worked there for 30ish years. This completely made my day. He was such a wholesome person and he made my whole week !! THANK YOUUU

No one is ever hear. They put up a sign that says “be back in 10” I been waiting in front of store for 45 minutes.

Friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you find what you need. Absolutely love the paint, especially the Emerald line and I’ve tried other brands. The Grandview store is a hidden gem. Get your paint here!

Visited the store this morning. Big sign on the door telling everyone to wear masks. The lone employee did not, and even though I was, he did not put one on. That lack of care for the safety of his fellow countrymen disgusts me, and I will take my business elsewhere.

Emerald paint was the best paint I ever used did not even us a drop cloth . Great coverage . My house did not even smell like I painted. Very low odor. Fast clean up. Thank you Sherwin Williams ?
