“We recently just purchased a storage unit through StorageMart. When we arrived for our move in day, we were greeted by Jackie. She did a wonderful job at making sure we had everything we needed, showing us around the building, locating us to our storage unit, and having us practice all of our locks and codes, so that when we entered our unit on this first time we knew what we were doing. The space is very clean and organized on the inside, and I feel very comfortable that my belongings are safe and sound at this location. Very impressed with this location for storage units!”

“Check in was an easy process. Customer service in the office was wonderful. I appreciate that there are multiple entrances to get to the unit from outside and carts near the door so I don't have to make multiple trips to my car.”

“I give 5 stars to this location.We stopped in to inquire about a storage unit. We spoke to Nadya and she was extremely helpful. She very patiently showed us the different sizes of units & went over pricing.I liked the fact that I could actually see the size of the unit to better judge whether my stuff would fit. Actually having a human to speak to added magnitudes to the customer (our) experience & positive customer service. Nadya is especially personable & friendly to work with.”

“The whole experience was amazing. We were waiting for our new house to go through closing. We had to change the move date 3 times. Ike was wonderful. He understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us. The movers Al and Don were at our home right on time. Both men were very professional and kind. They worked quickly but carefully. Everything got to the new home without any damage. They cautiously brought all our belongings into our home. I never want to have to move again but if I do it would definitely be FIVE Star movers would get the call. And I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a moving company. Check in, viewing, and signing the rental contract was a breeze, and Ashanti at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in our process. “I fully recommend Sunset Storage. I have rented for a year and the process was easy. Amy and Jim are easy to communicate with and the facilities are always clean/accessible. In the winter I had no trouble getting to my storage unit with any snow fall. Highly recommend if you need storage and I feel better working with a family operation!”

“I have rented several storage units and parking spots from All One Storage over the last 10 years. Currently have one of each. In response to the two 1 star reviews, you generally reap what you sow. Good communication and respect is a two way street. Rude customers do not intimidate All One Storage. It is definitely worth considering doing business/dealing with All One Storage. Good prices, service and facilities. I like the employees there, but then I don’t expect my daily affirmation from them!”

“Best move/movers we've ever had!! We have moved many times and never had such a positive experience that we've had with Bluemound Express. They were on time, courteous, and worked hard on the hottest day of the year. We had a lot of heavy pieces, some with glass, and everything was moved in pristine condition. We have tried to save a little bit of money in the past moving and it all comes out in the end when your move is stress free and done efficiently without issue. I can't thank them enough!!”

“There is a lovely lady that works here. She has shoulder length hair, redish in color. She went above and beyond (her name maybe Michelle?) I went in no reservation like a newby to renting. I am so sorry for that . But she made sure that I got a van that day. The bigger trucks give me anxiety to drive. I had to get stuff to the dump. She made me a reservation and sent me to the Uhaul on Arcadian (The old Jewel Osco) and it was easy as as can be picked it up did my errands and dropped it off.Great customer service at both locations and every one was friendly. Awesome price too ?”

The actual floor dimensions may be a few inches smaller. “The sizes are estimated.” I later realized the overhead/loft storage areas count as floor space.Climate controlled temperatures: summer:Indoor avg. 78F; 90’s outside.Winter: Indoor temperature was about 50F until they turned the heater/s down.Temps remained at 38-40F, but not freezing in my unit.UHaul indoor temp in the summer was 85F. I had a unit three weeks, moved out, and was not charged for the first month! Zero hassles, by the way. I moved out before winter, so I don’t know what the low temperature was.Some units have steel roll up doors and some units have plywood doors; external hinges and screws; doors open outward. You can see past the doors to what’s inside.There are cameras inside and out, but that’ll only keep the honest people honest.Winter 2022: A water pipe burst in the front building (I do not know if there was water damage to renters property) and was immediately Not fixed. With the water off, the toilet continued to be used until brimming with feces—the stench pervading those units. I called that in, but the associate I spoke with said there were no restrooms at the facility—and that was the end of the matter.The mess was cleaned up; the restroom sign removed; a hasp and heavy round lock installed on the door. No more restroom problems.June 2022–Right after I arrived someone smashed in my windshield while i was INSIDE the gated facility—cost me $310. Two video cameras were on my car when it happened. The manager is 1-1/2 hours away. I called the police to file a report. Upon arrival we heard wailing coming from inside a unit. Backup was called. A team and K9 extracted two men from two different units. Both were released and evicted from reddot. See photos.There was no response from Reddot until two weeks later, informing me that they raised my rent.2022: Rent went up to match competitor (U-Haul) prices/sq. ft., but without the heat, clean restrooms, or the security offered by the competition. I’m staying, for now, because i don’t have a desire to move again, and I’m not storing anything of great value at this location.2022: dead exit keypad; we were locked inside the facility. That took more than three months to fix.2023: Driving past, I saw gate wide open. After two weeks I called in to ask about the malfunctioning gate. That took three weeks to fix.2023: Entrance keypad malfunctioned. Called the center; no codes worked. Once opened, Management left the gate open for two weeks until fixed.Spring 2023: the heater is working normally again. It’s a constant 50-54F.I have not heard of any break-ins at the Waukesha, WI location.I will continue to rent at this facility because it is a convenient location for me.Respectfully submitted by Mr. K.”
