Optical dept I had never deal with sams club before. I wanted a pair of high end sunglasses, high end lens. So i started googling, did research, i pretty much knew what i wanted So i started pricing. Didnt have sams membership but knew that i could snag it on sale for$25 instead of regular $50 if i decided to use sams Some of the optical shops around milwaukee had unbelievable terrible ratings. When i checked reviews on google. Called walmart optical Waukesha and talked to one of the clerks Clerk was very knowledgeable. To the point it surprised me Have sams closer to me in franklin, but common sense prevailed, go where the knowledge is. 2 clerks working on sat afternoon. So worked thru what i was looking for. First of all the premium len i was looking for is top of the line, but it turned out another premium len has better field of vision, has only been out 3 mos The clerk knew actually which would be the right frame for me showed me my options, but first frame was the one that fit and looked better , she knew. Covered all bases. Walked out of there feeling, i did the right thing, coming to waukesha optical My last glasses were from wis vision, as i did my research, and talked to clerks, costco included, i found out what a mistake i made last year, going wis vision for glasses A big mistake Thanks you Waukesha optical Lots of great knowledge abounds there. Every time I come here, I'm disgusted by all the products high in chemicals in the food products. The furniture is so poorly made. Sam's club is disappointing

First time in store and using scan and go. Ordered 4 slices of pizza on the app 30 minutes before trying to pick up and still had to wait just as long as if I just walked up. Clearly not as convenient as portrayed.

Use the scan and go app. Checkout lanes are like reliving the nightmare of shopping ALL over again. Use the app and then get the "F" out! Great place to shop.

I have been coming here for 20+ years, for everything. Groceries, tires, birthday cakes, eye appointments, medication, you name it. All of the employees I have been served by have never been anything short of EXCEPTIONAL with me and my family. They are patient, kind, hardworking, and the backbone of Sam's Club operations.I am not sure what has happened in the last year or so, but service has gone EXPONENTIALLY down in quality. And I now know for certain that this is no fault of the employees, but their corporate supervisors (most of whom have likely never worked customer service at a Sam's Club location). Corporate seems to have severely slashed hours because these days, every department seems to be understaffed. It seems I am never able to reach the store by phone, since my call will ring for minutes on end. When I am shopping, I hear these phones ringing off the hook and see managers running frantically in every direction trying to answer them, while also helping a customer, while also training someone new. It is sad seeing workers get so overwhelmed and overstimulated.I would also like to add: as a newly-retired pharmacist, it is genuinely appalling and UNACCEPTABLE to see only 1 pharmacist and 2 technicians working on any given day. Only 3 people doing the workload of 6 people (picking up phones, filling medication, counseling patients, dropping new prescriptions, dealing with difficult customers). This unrealistic staffing is ridiculous to me, as the ratio of work they are expected to complete each day is unrealistic compared to the number of people working in the pharmacy. And yet despite this constant stress, they always have smiles on their faces.These Sam's Club or Walmart corporate higher-ups need to increase available hours and allow for more workers hired, because the decrease in quality of services (which again, NO FAULT OF THESE STRESSED OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID EMPLOYEES) is obvious. Let me speak their language so they understand: more hours = more workers = greater productivity = high quality service = MORE PROFIT.

Bakery- ordered a cake 2 days ago for pick up today. Bakery calls this morning only to tell me their printer isn't working. So I decided no for substitute decor. Few minutes later, I called back. Different person mumbles racial comment. This is very poor customer service. No thanks

The people are really nice. And I know they’re busy but ….Why don’t they ever answer the phone? Sam’s Club you need to have someone who is there to answer phones only. Not work the service desk and answer phones. Your service desk is wonderful but you don’t have enough people to give good customer service on the phone.

I usually really like Sam's but today... they had too much stuff in the main isles. It was too congested. Too many displays for the holidays I guess. Gave me a little anxiety!

Pharmacy and shots The young guy with dreadlocks gave me the Covid booster, 2nd time with this guy. I seriously did not feel a thing, both times. Wife same. Weird, as I've felt every shot in my shoulder I've ever had, just never when this guy gave them. Nothing. My shoulder hurts like hell today though lol.

Sam helped us load a big tv into an SUV with a bunch of other stuff in it and helped rearrange everything to fit it. Nice man and super helpful. If anyone is loading anything, Sam's your guy. Great service, deserves a raise.
