Nice check out clerk. Employee couldn't tell me where a product was in the store. I was in a rush, otherwise it wouldn't have mattered.

Stopped at Sam's Cafe on the way in, very reasonable food prices, good quality and taste. The kids love the chocolate frozen yogurt. For the low cost to eat, they get ya on the way out of the store. ;-)

Wish I could give a zero star. Went to just get a simple tire check and possible repair on a less then 2 week old tire, the technician decided to Rev my car and do a burn out in the parking lot... Reving it while pulling it into the bay to what sounded close to the Rev limiter. When I brought it to the technicians attention that he probably shouldn't do that I get a "oh you heard that..."

There was issues setting up our membership member service was unable to help the two times we asked them. As we were checking out we were told we didn't have the right card they packed up all of our stuff and walked us over to member service. We found out at member service we just needed to download the app. After checking out a man at the door search through our whole cart to make sure we didn't steal anything. Water first experience at Sam's Club, a land of infuriating inconveniences and incompetence and then you get treated like a criminal at the end.
