My heart and trust are shattered. I purchased a 2014 Honda Odysessy from here on Thursday. I was looking for a reliable vehicle to get my son back and forth from St. Judes in Tennessee. I expressed my needs in detail. Ben and Xavier both assured me this vehicle was reliable and would last me for many years.
I drove it home (1 1/2hrs), as soon as I pulled onto the off ramp the issues started arising. Everytime the econ light came on the rpm's would jump and the van would jump. The next morning, I turned the van on a the engine was loud and displacing a very fast paced ticking sound. I turned it off and turned it back on and it continued. The drivers side door doesn't lock and unlock sometimes. The back up camera doesnt alert you by tone or red on the screen. Good thing i was paying attention. There are other minor issues as well some the are important necessities to our needs.
I was reassured through the process that there was a 100 point inspection done on this vehicle and it was good to go. Every single thing happening would have been cleared on the check list. I went to a dealership because I didn't want exactly what's happening to take place.
I wasn't able to properly test drive it as well. They had the saleman drive with you. You get a few blocks radius and zero highway use. Again, I trusted them as they reassured me that the vehicle was inspected.
I am disappointed that they took advantage of someone in such a vulnerable place! I trusted that they truly wanted to ensure we had a vehicle that would get us to and from. We need to make trips to St. Judes consistently.
I do not feel SAFE using this vehicle in any way! This was yet another traumatic event right after finding out my son had a huge cancerous brain tumor that needed full resurrection.
I don't want this vehicle at all! I would gladly drive it back and drop it off. The last thing I deserved or needed was extra stress in my life. I haven't stop crying nor have I barely slept the past 2 days because of this.
This was my very first vehicle I purchased myself and financed. Nor have I owned something that costed more the about $3000. I was excited and relieved believing our worries would be lessened even in the slightest way. I have no extra money to make fixes nor can I afford the ones I am discussing. Especially at this time.
I want nothing more than to drop this vehicle back off in their parking lot! My hopes is someone here has a heart and a little compassion and understanding. Yes, a pay check is important but what about other people's lives?. What if this was your child? You would want to ensure their safety as well right Ben and Xavier?.
They truly seemed like great, caring, understanding individuals.

Bought a used car through them and a had a great experience with Anna and their finance team (reason for the 2 stars or this would be less) Their sales manager, (Ben I believe?) treated me pretty poorly throughout the process! After buying the car and paperwork taking an unexpected 4 hours, I had to quite literally rush to the airport to make it to my trip on time in my newly bought car, having no time to check my new car out. During this short drive back from the dealership, I noticed that one of the features of the car was not working and an error light was on. I decided to just check it out after getting back from my trip -since they told me if I had any questions to reach out after my trip- big mistake! I reached out to Russ Darrow and told them that there was an error light and something not working in my car, after I was told it passed all of inspection and nothing was wrong. Ben called me and told me they would do nothing to fix the issue, that I needed to pay for it myself, and they would not help with any expenses and that "this is the risk you take with buying a used car from us". So sad to have what started out as a great experience end this way.. I feel like customers should know once the deal is done they do not value you or go out of their way at all to help even when they should and it was an error on their part! So I am having to take the car I just bought to the shop already due to their oversight! Was definitely planning to use them again in the future but after this will go in a different direction.

Excellent staff who made the car buying process very smooth and not stressful. Everybody stayed late so we could get our new set of wheelse and did not once seem annoyed. I also did not feel taken advantage of during negotiating. Jordan our sales guy had freaking awesome energy!!! Seems like a fun atmosphere to work at. These guys over at Russ Darrow Waukesha know how to do it!

Our salesman, Dennis, was outstanding… he helped my daughter with a purchase of a 2023 Kia K5… the whole experience was very fluid and was in and out within a reasonable amount of time… my only disappointment was the final condition of the car at delivery… trash still in the center console and glove compartment… dirty rims and poor wash job. They probably felt rushed but I expected a clean car.

Gregg Kasper and Skyler Steinert were very professional and communicative. It’s the opposite experience I had with other offices of Russ Darrow like in Milwaukee & the Mitsubishi one in Waukesha. They must have a good management at Russ Darrow Kia of Waukesha.

Yamil, Ben, and Charlie were all very helpful and awesome. I went in with my best friend to buy a new car and they were really all just amazing people there. They talked me through everything and had me cracking up the whole time. Will always go to them
