Had a great experience with the service department. Jacob was very polite and professional. It is great getting a short video of the inspection with recommendations. They make is quick and easy, car was washed and pulled right up to the door for me.

Big shout out to my guy Jay Malkowski in the service department at Russ Darrow Honda and the entire service team over at Russ Darrow Kia in Waukesha. Had an issue with my Kia Telluride that another Kia location was not able to diagnose and also gave me poor service. Asked Jay if he knew anyone in the Kia ranks and he recommended me to Angela and the team at Russ Darrow Kia Waukesha. Had a great experience, great customer service, they heard me out, and there were able to identify and repair the issue that the other dealership couldn’t.

I scheduled an appt months in advance for a factory recall update. I dropped my car off for the service and was shuttled to a restaurant for lunch. I was with my 4 yr old (so had to transfer car seat), and the shuttle was 45 minutes late picking us up. Then I get back and am checking out when they tell me that they didn't have the parts to complete the service! This wasted over 3 hours of my day! She acted like nothing happened saying we completed the other services .... which was topping off the fluids only! I should have been informed BEFORE the appt or at the very least as soon as they were aware they didn't have the parts. It took longer than expected and they did NOTHING! what kind of service is this!!??
