Visiting this Ross is always great they have good things although there’s not many employees I feel like here they are always nice and respectful, Gabriel helped me out at the register and he was just a very sweet person and I really liked how when he handed me the bag he handed it to me with the handles ready for me to grab idk i just thought that was very nice!!!

Absolute worst customer service. The cashier was on her personal cell phone the entire time I was checking out having a personal conversation. Not only that I bought a pair of Air Max and she was pulling and tugging on the security tag so hard she almost ripped the shoe. Then she looked at me and my daughter(while still on her cellphone) and said “I can’t get it off” I just looked at her, like ok…so now what. My daughter had to help assist her in taking it off. It was not a difficult task, but the cashier being engaged with her gossiping phone call she clearly couldn’t do both at the same time. If it wasn’t for my daughter helping ease my anger during this situation, I would have walked out!

I love, love, love this store. I go there often to buy, and browse our both. The prices in this store can not be beat. The clothes run sizes very large and offer "Plus" sizes as well. You can buy anything you can think of here, underwear, lingerie, maternity, plus sizes, juniors, men's boys, shoes, dresses, shoes. They also sell things for the home, towels, rugs, blankets, spices, and carpeting. They have something for everyone, including toys and books for children.
If you have never been in a Ross store, you are missing out on some really great savings!!

Welcome to Ross, where there’s never more than one cashier working and a line wrapped twice around the building. Meanwhile the cashier spends 5 min. Per garment fighting with a security tag that wont come off of a $1.99 item
