Staff are very attentive and will help you find your way to where you need to be. This center is by far the best urgent care facility in the Waukesha area.

Horrible urgent care. Over a 2 hr wait with a sick child, when there are not that many patients waiting. Got moved over to pediatrics just to wait longer.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I secured a reservation online for my daughter and she was number one on the list for an hour. Still not seen. I only went because her dr office said to because all the drs are booked solid. I guess we will treat her possible croup ourselves.
