Made an online reservation for urgent care at 3 PM and watched people behind me in line get called back first. Sat here and waited 30 mins past my reservation time. What's the point in making a reservation!?

Went to the hospital for a throat infection, nothing serious, nothing antibiotics wouldn’t solve. After getting into the exam room the nurse only asked questions related to COVID. We respectfully denied being COVID tested, then the doctor comes in and proceeds to ask the same questions and we again respectfully decline, she then proceeds to say she cannot do anything else unless I test negative for COVID. So after the 6th times she asked I grudgingly agreed. Then they come back with the COVID test and send me on my way…but what about my throat tho?

My husband was just in surgery and staff were all excellent. They did triple checks, kind, thorough and highly recommended Dr and nurses. Dr Auger knows his stuff. Never a bad experience. Convenient location in Waukesha near the courthouse .

I'm new to this Clinic and I have to get surgery done on my knee. I seen my Doctor for the first time, and it was a overall pretty good at first, but it is the body language that I pay most attention to & it was obvious that She wasn't interested in having me as a Patient. I learned how to read body language in college. Pre-Opp Surgery Appointments & So-called Physicals are done by Computer. These people no nothing about you and continue to add or delete what they think the problem is. I even tried to gain some type of professional relationship with Her by a handshake, and she turned away saying I don't need to see you again until 6 months are you serious. What a first a first impression to remember. I had so much to tell her, but she was only focused on the input that she was placing into that computer. What happened to the real Physicals or do some Ppl get them and other's are excluded. Oh Well, this first impression has me confused, and insulted because of the color of my skin I'm being brushed off. I hate to play the Race card but it is what it is. I'm scared of even going back there because of this post, but I have no other choice at this time. I need a Doctor, and I hate going over all this fake physical stuff all over again. ? When I was leaving everyone at the reception desk was staring at me like it wss the first time they seen a black woman or my Doctor was discussing my personal information with other staff there. I say how I feel in reviews especially when feel the distance. Just maybe take a look see at a Doctor when picking one out, and don't be afraid to share your experience. P

The worst experience of my life after notifying this clinic I had Covid-19. I was told I had to wait 48 hours before I could get in to see a nurse and I was urged by the receptionist that if my symptoms worsened not to notify them but to go to the ER or Urgent care. I was instructed to stay out in the parking lot and go through a side back door when I arrived for my appointment. When I called as I arrived the receptionist had me answer all the questions I prefilled out again which took another 7 minutes. I waited in the parking lot almost 20 minutes before someone got me and then had to answer all the same questions I just did again and waited more time before the nurse I was supposed to see came in and asked me the same questions again. I was really sick and asked Heather Sorum if she read my chart or talked to the other people I just went all over this with and she was extremely argumentative and couldn’t understand why I was so angry by the time she walked in. I explained the best way I could how I felt let down by the medical community and I didn’t feel people were listening if I had to keep repeating the same story. She didn’t examine me and shooed me out of her office and out the door waving her hand. I got charged fully for the visit. My advice to anyone who has Covid, is disabled, or elderly do not come alone! It’s just not safe in today world! My mother called the manager and of course she sided with her workers. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

My family and I have been patients at this facility over 15 years. Since ProHealth took over the customer service has been the worst I have ever encountered. There are never any appointments with ANY medical staff when we have called, and the next available is always quite a ways out. The repeated response is, "you can go to Urgent Care." Well my husband has an abscess and tried to make an appointment and was told there were none with anyone today (no shock) and then he was told he could come in to the clinic though because they have urgent care. My husband asked the scheduler well I have an abscess so are they going to be able to treat this or just tell me I need to see my regular doctor? She replied she didn't know and didn't send him to a nurse or anything. I have gone outside of ProHealth for different medical services and I never have issues. This is clearly the way of ProHealth. We really love our doctors but they make it difficult for us to stay. Urgent Care is not appropriate for all ailments and it is inappropriate for scheduling to blindly say, "just go to urgent care." Will they be held accountable when there is an underlying issue that wasn't addressed because UC doesn't do that? Or will it take something like that and a lawsuit to make ProHealth more patient-centric? Unfortunately, I feel it will be the latter.

I've been a patient at Moreland Family Medicine for at least 20 years. I love my doctor, Dr. Davies. I was really sick 5 years ago. She didn't give up until she knew what was wrong. She's the best. I always recommend her, but she's not accepting new patients. Also, the Lab does not get your results within 15 minutes. Some specimens are sent out. As soon as the results are released, the results are posted in "My Chart".
