Jeff offered superb, professional service start to finish. Over the phone, Jeff was polite, professional, and accommodating. He made the deal easy to conduct from states away.When I arrived the vehicle was meticulous and exactly as advertised. It was presented in a diffusely lit room to make inspection easy. All of the accessories I added last minute were installed and ready for me to drive.I would absolutely return to Waukesha to do business with Jeff again. Thank you again, Jeff!

I have had nothing but bad experience with Zach and now Jason. In fact I clearly advised Jason of my situation and that I was in fact recording our conversation to insure no misunderstanding. Jason has decided to falsely rewrite that conversation in an attempt to paint me in a bad light , simply in retaliation for a prior bad review I left. He has now written his false narrative into a legally binding statement, which he will need to explain in court when the recorded truth of the conversation is played in open court. I believe his actions will amount to a perjury charge and most certain a defamation suit filed by my attorney. Avoid this dealership at all cost. I would never expect somebody to lie on something so simple, but I’m so glad I recorded it and he will need to answer for it. Ralph Mauro needs to look into employee integrity.

I have purchased over 75+ vehicles personally and for my previous businesses, I was shocked to find out later information of the history of the car which was hidden and directly lied to me about (most of the manufacture warranty was void which includes power train etc.). I was told it was a private trade from Texas for a 911 GTR, it turned out to be a trade from Ron Fellows racing school corporation. Never told this by the dealer, carfax checked out at the time (it doesn't now) and told many other things about the previous owner of the car from the dealer i.e. well maintained, barely driven, etc. I have confronted the dealer about this when I found out and walked away from the dealership feeling like oh well not our problem. I since have sold this car (for a loss of course) and only can say the integrity of this dealer is suspect to say the least. I would highly recommend finding a better dealer for your needs in fox valley or northern Illinois then trusting this one. So sad, but true.

After a handful of online builds and searching the Porsche websites from Northern California to Manhattan for the right "existing or soon-to-be arriving" Taycan 4S Cross Turismo ... even being told by my own local dealer that they were pretty much, "Unobtainium", I tracked down the Cherry Metallic CT4S at Porsche of Waukesha. After reaching out to the dealership, I was almost immediately contacted by Salesman, Jeff Friess. After that first conversation I knew I'd be buying my next Porsche there. Jeff fielded every question and snapped every picture I asked for to make sure I'd be comfortable making the flight from Detroit to Waukesha for this beautiful car. Jeff picked me up at the airport, offered to stop for lunch, then it was straight to their beautiful new dealership's delivery bay to see it for the first time.He coordinated a super enjoyable and informative session with Kelsie the Porsche Pro and also took the time to provide route suggestions with charging recommendations along the way. Of course, the best part about buying a car so far from home, is the drive back, and who could ask for more enjoyable drive than in your first brand new electric Porsche. I LOVE this Taycan!!!Thanks Jeff !

Buying my car at Porsche Waukesha was a great experience. Jeff Friess was a huge help, especially with navigating how to secure the vehicle I wanted while another there was another interested customer that came in right after me. When I went to pick up my car, it was raining cats and dogs. Jeff called me the next day asking if I wanted a courtesy wash which a was great. I took my 5 year old son to the get the car wash and Jeff gave my son a hot wheel Porsche Boxster. My son thought the dealership was really cool and will not stop playing with the car.
