This is the actual worst bank and lender to be found. I am cosigning on a student loan and this lender is the most worthless I have ever come across. Despite setting up an in person appointment, no one in the branch is the least familiar with their company's student lending process. No questions can be answered through anything other than a corporate 1-800 number. Which is HIGHLY overburdened. My favorite was when the branch manager of this location couldn't answer a single question regarding their cosigner release form, which would have been fine had he not said "I've never even heard of that." I explained what the form was and before I could ask him my question he cut me off and said "yeah we don't have that." Which was completely untrue, as the PNC website most definitely did have information on a cosigner release form. How do you get it? No clue. You're basically better off going online than to an actual branch. Not a soul in the building had processed a student loan before, and wow did that show. The manager is extremely rude and worst than no help. I can't believe I was considering opening an account with these clowns. Stay away. One star because 0 and negatives rating not an option.

I came to this branch for the first time to do some business deposits and a change order. They had worked with my former manager before, and they have always been so great. The tellers were all very friendly, and they created a really great environment. I will definitely be recommending this branch to anyone I know who uses PNC.

Was in the lobby today doing transactions for work around 2pm. Lobby was busy, drive up was busy.A customer in drive thru was being helped by multiple people. He wanted an account balance with his transaction. He was rude and belittling to the staff when his transaction was completed. "He had been a customer for 10 years and deposited checks before and been given updated balances." When the staff explained they shared the available balance as the check funds were not yet available he started swearing, so he was taken off of speaker and staff went outside to talk to him. The client was visibly angry and ended up following the staff person back inside where he impatiently waited to talk to the person helping me. The client kept interrupting and yelling at the staff.At this point, most of the staff were around and working well as a team, not only with regards to the rude customer, but also those customers already being helped. The staff remained calm and professional. I can't tell you how many times they apologized to me for his behavior and thank me for being patient while they completed my transactions. He was impatient and ended up walking out without having talked to the person he was waiting for.No staff should have to be talked to like this or deal with situations like this. But, this branch impressed me with their ability to deal with this stressful and unnecessary situation.

I only use the atm here and it worked swimmingly. I was able to deposit money and withdraw money, but not more than what was in my account, which would be nice If I need an ATM again, I'll use theirs

I am currently working with the branch manager Chris at the Waukesha location. He went above and beyond as well as Matt and Vincent to help me get my retirement funds within the same day to help with closing costs of my new home. He played with my two year old for 1.45 mins that's one hour and forty five minutes everyone while he waited patiently on hold for someone to help me! I am absolutely blown away at his customer service and his teams warmth and friendliness. He was so professional and welcoming. He helped me and I'm so greatful! merry Christmas team pnc in Waukesha! I will be switching banks from us bank to pnc bank!

I've had good service every time I've been in here.I'm not gonna subtract a star for the time I tried to get a large amount of change counted.They don't have a automatic change counting machine at the branch here, so counting change was not something they could conveniently do.

Rude and long wait. Requires 2 forms of ID, not including a birth certificate or SS card, they don't accept those LEGAL DOCUMENTS. They will accept a school badge or work ID though lol.

Horrible customer service! Kate Shropfer one of the tellers was extremely rude and discussed my banking information loudly in front of other customers stating "just close her account". Mark Tilly the branch manager also discussed my account information back and forth with Kate Shropfer. If you have a concern on your bank account do not go to this branch make the drive to Brookfield.
