This Pick 'n Save is clean, well organized with friendly people. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores. When you download their app one can find digital coupons and you can also use the Pick'n Save card together to save even more money on your purchases. I would recommend Pick'n Save grocery store to everyone who want's to save money on the items they need on a daily basis.

Great employees! The lady supervising the self-checkout followed me outside in a hailstorm to bring me part of the purchase I forgot!!! Incredible thank you! Did not get her name but it was at about 3:00 PM on April 1st 2024. Thank you again!!!!!!!

Sat at the Pharmacy window for 15 minutes while the pharmacist played on her phone. Ended up leaving without service. Called at 6pm requesting my meds get filled and when I pulled up at 645 I was ignored, came back around 715 and was told I had to wait 15 minutes.

Extremely disappointed. All I wanted was 2 croissants, but only available in 6 pack. I requested at the bakery counter for 2. Please divide. Would not do it. Spoke to supervisor and was told they can’t divide?? Due to COVID, they no longer do that. I have been requesting that same order for 4 years, never had a problem.Went to customer service counter and was very rudely spoken to….manager said “if you don’t like our policy, there’s the door”.

We needed some items to make meatballs for a party we were going to. Luckily there was a Pick ‘n Save close by to where the party was. They had everything we needed. Meatballs (of course), grape jelly, and chili sauce… plus we needed a Johnsonville Summer Sausage. Everything was easy to find. I needed a little help finding the meatballs, but the person I asked was very helpful and told me the aisle and exactly where they were. I used SCO… pronounced “skow” (Self Checkout). New grocery store lingo. Lol. I waited no more than 2 minutes to start checking out. The store was very clean.

Rude lady. (Kelly) I grabbed a pen not knowing it was her personal pen to write with. I did not hear her say anything. I do have a hearing disability. Lady needs to put her pen in her pocket or put pens out for customers.
