My Mother was shopping here at her now local Pick 'n Save on this past Sunday. After she loaded all her items on the conveyor belt, it suddenly stopped working and couldn't be fixed. She asked if they could just scan her items as she pushed them forward and pay at that register or another register. They very abruptly and extremely rudely said, "NO!" They insisted that she had to put all of her many items back into her cart, take them to another aisle, and put them back on another conveyor belt. She asked them very nicely if they could assist her with moving her items to the other aisle. Again, the response was, very abruptly and extremely rudely, "NO!" Mind you that my Mother is elderly and very disabled which she doesn't appear to be. There are many disabled people who have invisible illnesses. She spends WAY too much money there to put up with this and has NEVER asked anyone for any favors. It wasn't her fault that their equipment is faulty. She is still in excruciating pain from doing what they insisted on.

Sad yet this store some people who work here are very rude. Fried chicken is sometimes out. If you ask they are rude. No more chicken. The front desk younger staff sure are not like the older staff. Today when I was there. A younger lady was rude to me, the customer before me. Maybe teach them the proper way to talk to customers. Before putting them at the service counter.

The deli rarely has hot chicken available around dinner time. You have to ask or you are just told no. The employees are rude and move at a snails pace.This was not a one off. This has been going on for months.

You have to watch this was there on September 2nd and I got overcharged by almost I called the store and he said yeah come on in and I'll refund the money. This is a constant issue at this store and I will not continue to shop at this location. Takes forever to get through the checkout.

The one across from Walgreens is decent. The one in Fox Shoppes Mall is TERRIBLE.

I asked for a 7 day lottery ticket and they said 7 dollars? I said yes, thats for 7 days, then they gave me 7 draws for 1 day, they don't understand the lottery machine

Pick 'n Save has never been the best option for grocery shopping, too expensive! But, the biggest deterrent for me, to shop here was when Kroger took over; prices went through the roof!One thing that has not changed @ this grocery chain –even with new owners–, is the way I've seen how they handle trash. Since I've seen that in more than two stores –Pick 'n Save AND Metro Market–, I believe is a general administration issue. I've seen the store personnel collecting the trash bags from large bins, and placing them inside the shopping carts, where people put their groceries and/or ready to eat food! These stores do not have a shopping cart washer, and wiping the carts –even if it's done w/disinfectants–, does not assure it will get well done. Please, DO address this long term issue, because other than disgusting, it's beyond unsanitary!
