It was cold and frozen outside from the snowstorm and they were able to fix my windshield wiper as it broke due to the ice. Wonderful people!!!

Never order from Napa, in-store pickup is a scam. You never get anything but fluids and tools until the end of the day. They have no stock in store. Now I am broke down in the cold and it's too late to get help. Never ever rely on Napa to get back running

Workers had a huge attitude will not be returning for business. Tom was rude. Spoke less then 20 words could not give me prices until after completeing a job at near double the cost. Could hear foul language being repeated in back of store.

Ordered a few parts online and got a good deal then my card was charged extra money for no reason so I went in to pick up my parts and the guy working was extra rude right off the bat. Then when asked why I was charged the wrong amount he proceeded talking to me like i was a child and told me he doesn't know and didn't help me. Will not be going back to this place for parts again
