I have taken my car here since they opened. The guys there are very good at what they do. The customer service-to the repairs-to the cleanliness of the shop is top notch. They are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend MSI Auto Repair.

My brakes were having issues Friday night and they got me in Saturday morning. They were very vigilant when going over the car to make sure they didn't miss anything. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and everything was very reasonably priced. Definitely would go back and recommend to anyone.

The guys that run this shop are really nice. I had an old car towed here to be looked at but declined repairs as it wasn't worth the repairs. They were also helpful in selling the car even though I didn't do any repairs. Reasonable repair shop.

I’ve truly never witnessed the kindness that I saw from the guys at MSI. Came in for an oil change and to check out a tire that was leaking air. While they were fixing it, two unrelated incidents occurred. In the first, a young woman was attempting to tip the gentleman working reception for the work he did on her car. She insisted, but he refused - said it was covered by warranty and he wouldn’t take a dime from her. Shortly after, a woman came in (4PM on Friday, 10 degrees outside) asking for help because her car windows wouldn’t roll up. She needed it fixed right away, but the shop was completely backed up. The gentlemen handling reception went outside and spent 20 minutes putting a clear film over her doors so as to keep the frigid air from coming out. Once again, no money was taken for this effort. I honestly couldn’t believe what I witnessed in the hour I was there.All of this, on top of fixing my leaky tire (screw puncture) and changing my oil in record time.Although 30 minutes from my home, this is the only place I will get my car serviced at going forward. Truly so refreshing to see the honesty from the staff working there! Thank you!!
