Our 5 year old has been coming here since he was a baby, and we have had an incredible experience. The teachers are top notch, and they truly care so much about the individual child and the families. Sara, the director, and her staff are welcoming, knowledgable, and compassionate. My seven month old son has some special physical needs; Sara and her entire team have been incredibly accommodating and our baby absolutely loves it. My husband I think has put it best; he said sending our kids to Momentum is the best money we spend every month and I agree.

We are so deeply grateful for every teacher who cares for our kids! We have had other childcare and this is the first place where I can confidently say every single person is amazing. We have not had a single teacher (permanent or float) that we didn’t absolutely love. The people make the place, and the people here make it the best place to be! It’s never easy trusting someone else with your kiddos, but this is as easy as it can be.

We cannot say enough what a wonderful experience our family has had at Young Scholars Learning Academy! For the past 7 years, we have had one or more of our children in attendance at Young Scholars and have felt blessed everyday knowing that they are safe, so well cared for and being taught so many wonderful things from such a young age. The children are not only taught a sound academic curriculum tailored to each age group that fosters creativity and exploration but they are taught to treat others with kindness, respect, and acceptance (everyone is your friend at Young Scholars!) The school goes above and beyond from a sanitation and cleanliness standpoint and is extremely proactive and transparent with parents. They were also so willing to work with families throughout the pandemic, which made for one less stressful situation in an incredibly stressful year. Jannah, Justin and all of the AMAZING teachers at Young Scholars put their hearts into everything they do and that is the major difference between a family owned and operated school versus a chain childcare facility. From the first drop off to what will eventually be our last pick up, I have felt nothing but peace and assurance knowing that my children are safe and surrounded by kindness.

HIGHLY recommend Young Scholars! We have been incredibly impressed with the curriculum and the progress/development of our daughter. The facility is clean and well-kept and equipped to engage the children. Owned by a wonderful husband/ wife team and staffed by many young, vibrant 'teachers'. Communication is great, and we receive an email with daily activities and photos each day. Jannah is also phenomenal at adding extra days when needed (much appreciated)! My only complaint would be that they charge for holidays that the center is closed unless you request a 'vacation day' weeks in advance, although to be fair, that policy is clearly described in the contract and I just didn't read it closely.Leaving your children in someone else's care is not something parents take lightly. Young Scholars makes the experience comfortable, for both parent and child. My daughter is excited to go each day, and I am so thankful they provide a secure, engaging environment.

I love that YSLA is privately owned (not corporate), so communication is a breeze and I can feel the sense of pride and ownership in the details. The owners (husband and wife) are so easy to talk to, and they have a kid of their own, so they understand what parents expect! My son (15 mo old) has been attending for 6 months, and he's thriving. He brings home arts & craft projects; he gets to paint, sing, and dance; he knows his body parts well; he feeds himself with a spoon; he's learning to share and play with his peers. I love that he's learning and being engaged in a safe setting/building.It's tough to drop your precious little ones off for the day, but when they're here, you can be sure they're in good hands.
