Our experience was universally positive. Ken thoroughly and patiently assessed our needs and found a van that works for us. He demonstrated empathy and communicated well throughout the process, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the information we needed. Jason was knowledgeable about the conversion components of the van and made sure they were what we needed and made the necessary changes.

This used to be a great place with helpful people until the primary manager left. Now we are out $1,800 and our issue is still not solved. The first appointment, my husband got there and after 1.5 hours found out they did not have the part in stock. The second appointment they "fixed" our problem and told us the fix would break if we did not come back for more work. The third appointment they canceled. When we called back to reschedule, they didn't know why we were coming back but agreed to fix the "fix" that broke immediately. Then, when my husband got there for the fourth appointment, they said they don't know how to fix that. And the way they treated us was terrible. Lots of shouting over me on the phone, not listening, back peddling. I'm disgusted.

MOBILITYWORKS HAS BEEN GREAT FOR ME.THEY PUT MY FIRST LIFT ON . I NOW WANT AN CURB-SIDE UNIT. GREAT SERVICE AND JUST A NICE PLACE. TO HAVE WORK DONE RIGHT . TAKE IT FROM AN OLD NAVY SEABEE.

This is my second ramp that I put into my van, and I only had this one for about one month and it's still giving me problems. The straps have to be too tight and my hands can't pump it till it's very tight. The ramps move off the wheels and stops the ramp from moving and I can't keep missing dialysis because my ramp is not working correctly. The ramp needs a better way to strap the scooters down.

My mom took her van to have her doors fixed. After 3 weeks and over $1900 one worked but the other was clearly still malfunctioning. We tested them both before leaving and they sent someone out that was not familiar with the issues or dealt with previously, during the 3 weeks they had the van, and the response was "I just learned of this and am not familiar with the problem". It is well worth the money you will save in the long run to drive further for a more trustworthy and responsible business. Btw, $500 of the bill was specified for the door that still did not work. Hmmm
