“I pulled up because I had an issue switching to AT&T and my new phone wasn’t working. Jodie was there right away and he has been nothing but kind and funny. He was extremely helpful and made the process super easy. The store was super clean as well and products were arranged nicely. The main take away is Jodie is a star employee and he should be the standard of customer service.”

He knows his stuff so we then asked about JBL speakers & noise canceling ear buds. He was knowledgeable & informative without pushing any sales on us.
