Definitely DO NOT stay here! Terrible. I've been to 47\50 states and over 20 foreign countries and this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in that doesn't have complimentary coffee, tea, or even WATER!!! In order to get a coffee, you must purchase the $19.99!!! Breakfast Buffet!!! Which is absolute insanity for poor quality, and actually COLD food on the buffet! Room showers do not have hot water. (And yes, I got up crazy early at 5 am in order to make sure they hadn't run out yet, but it was barely lukewarm!) The restrooms were out of both toilet paper and paper towels. I was there for a 3-day convention and they won't even allow you to bring your own food or even water into the center. You have to buy their $6.00!!! Bottles of water! Terrible experience overall - definitely do not recommend.
EDIT after Eric's response: This is an outright lie. They never once had complimentary coffee in the lobby across the 4 days I was there. The day that I asked the desk clerk about it, she told me that I would either have to buy the buffet (at $19.99!) Or wait for an hour and a half for the Starbucks to open in order to get coffee! Not offering free coffee or water to guests is terrible enough, but lying about it is absolutely horrible! Again: DO NOT stay here!

Came in to a warm and musty room but the AC made short work of that. Room had a hidden mini fridge but no microwave. TV was scant on channels; the one in the fitness center was better, but it's not much of a gym. Pool was great, hot tub too. Nice and quiet location. Can't be many better places to stay in Waukesha.
Nearby activities: There's a decent amount of things to do in the area, but mostly if you're a kid or just want to eat.
Food & drinks: The BLVD is great, except for the backless barstools.

JACK who is the front desk was a savior. I called soooo many hotels and they all (were 2 start first off) and they were sooo expensive. Jack came through with a good deal and got us right. Recommend getting rooms with them.

Very pleasant one night stay during a family wedding. Hotel was clean, modern, and up-to-date. Appreciated the free early check-in. Prompt, friendly service at the Starbucks bar, gym was pretty good, and room was clean, comfortable, and no-nonsense.
Food & drinks: Starbucks service & pricing is great, but they don’t take the app & don’t participate in the Starbucks/Marriott Bonvoy points partnership.

First time visiting here. Overall it was a clean nice atmosphere. The light inside the door did not work, and wish there was more heavier blankets and not an additional cost for breakfast. But would visit again.

COULDN’T USE THE SHOWER!!!! We were there three nights, two days. Total bill was just under $1000 . The shower did not drain so you’re standing in backed up sewer drain water from other people. ? Hell no! Called the front desk and they said someone would be right up, but they never came. We were there for a wedding so there was no time to sit around and wait for someone - And good thing we didn’t because they never showed. Rooms and bath more like a Super8 or DaysInn but without the microwave they offer lol! Peeling wallpaper, chipped paint on the woodwork, scratchy sheets, these rooms are worn and tired! The coffee station in the front lobby was never fully operational. It was either out of coffee, out of stir sticks, etc. There were two people at the front desk, both standing around. But the shower situation is inexcusable. We did leave a message for the manager, and of course have not heard back.

We are in between moving into our new home. Being at the Marriott was a very nice experience. The room was spacious, clean and the whole hotel was a pleasure to be in. ?

Staff is always friendly and the restaurant provides wonderful room service. A stone’s throw away from Milwaukee and wonderfully convenient for those doing business at the nearby GE Healthcare center. Rooms are on the older side but everything is clean and functional.

Beautiful building. Room was clean and roomy. Had a family get together (14 of us) and they were so accommodating. Worked with Jack and he helped with recommendations and a spot for use to sit and visit. Perfect stay. Would definitely go back.
Rooms: NIce view. Close to a cute town that we will enjoy next time when it is not raining. Handicap accessible. Worked great for us.

Want to shout out Austin at Front desk! When we arrived he helped us to the Marriott standard and more. I was offered all my benefits and more and will be making this my hotel of choice when traveling to Milwaukee! Made my family’s trip a fun and enjoyable one. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good!

This hotel is ideally located near my brother's new house. We thought we were getting 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds instead. Added an extra star for the extra long hallways - easy to get walking exercise in the open hallways.
