Worst phone service I have ever had. I left Straight Talk Wireless which I was happy with to try Metro out, and now pay 25$ more for terrible, inconsistent, spotty service. Your map shows I should be getting excellent service and I might as well be using dial up. I'll be leaving Metro asap to go back to Straight Talk. Do better.

Excellent service by AK and Ahmed at MetroPCS store on St Paul Ave in Waukesha. Wish I could give them 10 stars.:) I needed a new cellphone in a hurry and despite arriving shortly before closing time, AK didn't skimp on providing a thorough service and explained details on the new phone patiently! Recommend this location for their superior service!

AK was outstanding. He spent at least an hour and a half helping us to retrieve information needed to transfer from Cricket to our new service with Metro. He was very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend your store which is located in Waukesha on St. Paul Ave.

My Hubby & I like going to this Metro PC.. We used to go to the 1 on Sunset as well when A K was there. A K is a AWESOME Person.
