Horrible customer service (Cashier Krystal) and equally inefficient and lazy manager @Waukesha Menards . They are there not to help the customers but creates pain and harassment. They cannot even handle simple return s/exchange and price adjustment. We all like Menards and I'd prefer going Pewaukee Menards than here.

Made a return today (7/17 4:30). To the young gentleman at the return desk - You get an A+ for customer service. Made eye contact, smiled, and was very pleasant. Not something I experience at retails store much anymore.

Very disappointed with the service I received here this past 02/08/2024. We are remodeling our house and my wife went to get carpeting, exactly 770 square feet which is a hefty amount. Guy in the carpet section insisted to split the 770 square feet in 3 different rolls to make his job easier. Now that we are getting it installed its short and cant carpet some of the rooms without adding pieces of carpet that conflict with the seems. Carpet cant be returned and now i'm just left with having to buy more carpet to make it right. Instead of trying to make your life easier maybe you guys should listen to the customer on what they want next time because in the end i'm the one paying for my items not you.

Amazing store. The best part is Spencer in electrical is a rockstar. This man knows everything. Hands down. The rest of the staff is equally as amazing. Thank you for all your hard work. Make sure to use the bell curve theory when checking out. If all registers are open, the ones at the very end are the shortest. ?

Went here about 3 yrs ago. Had never been to one, this was like a Walmart and home depot in one. Still talk about this store to this day. They ain't got these in Texas.
