I took my car to Mander to get fixed after hitting a deer. Clayton was very prompt and professional and was just so on top of everything. He made me feel at ease and everything went smooth it looked beautiful when completed. I never expected it but the interior was cleaned and the exterior was washed after getting it back. Wow am I impressed with the good work well done!!!!!

Mander in Waukesha was awesome! No one wants to deal with having their car repaired after an accident, but Mander made it easy and they did outstanding work! Tho everyone was helpful & friendly, Megan deserves extra thanks. She called with status reports, answered all my questions & was always cheerful. She was happy to explain how the insurance process worked & what to expect. I HIGHLY recommend Mander in Waukesha!

3 Strikes and you are out1) Took an import to them to fix a part on a retractable roof. Was clearly out of their league because less than a week later the part cracked again. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it. Roof was out of alignment. Mander should have considered that and said out of their league - figure out the source of the crack not just replace the damaged part.2) Took truck to get assessment of some damage on panel and door. Was told by their estimator that they couldn't fix it. Then after some push back found out that particular location couldn't fix, it but their Waukesha one could. Very condescending tone and dont want to be bothered attitude3) Took truck to Waukesha to address above issue. Repair was good, however got home to find that some stuff wasn't connected. Hour drive back to Waukesha and an hour back home. No apology for missing the connection at all.. like my time wasn't worth anything. Sort of annoyed to be bothered attitude.I will say the work on the truck was pretty good, but we have another vehicle that needs some door dings and scrapes address. That repair work (have 5 cars) will be with someone that matches the hype on the radio around customer service etc.

Horrible place to take your car. This is the second time I’ve taken my car there to be fixed. The first time we had to take it back 3 times, this time we picked it up and they didn’t EVEN WASH THE CAR!!! I thought we would give them another chance. Dripping paint, you call them and they act like everything is fine. I will never ever go to this place again. The owners don’t even care. Paid our deductible and they have nothing to say. All they want is your money.

I have been to Mander multiple times over the years but have never left a review. They have always been great, but I felt especially compelled to share my latest experience.. We recently had work done on our mini-van due to an accident. Mander worked swiftly with the other driver's insurance company on the repair. Within a month of the work being done, the repair work began to show signs of stress cracks. Upon bringing the issue back to Mander and finding that the insurance company would not cover the cost of the expanded repair work, Mander covered the entire project themselves. A completely new OEM tailgate was procured, painted, and installed at no charge to me. They even offered to rotate our tires which was needed. This review is the least I can do to say thank you. Five Stars!! The passenger door of our minivan came off it's track. I took the van to Mander and they helped me ON THE SPOT!! The technician I worked with was very kind and so helpful. From my initial call to inquire if they could help, to the immediate attention I received upon my arrival, the team at Mander was exceptional. I went with Mander as recommended by my insurance company and great reviews. They did a great job repairing damage to my front/side bumper and mirror to my Lexus RX. They were responsive, customer service oriented and have great attention to detail. I would choose them again!

Follow up: It has been about 10 days since I had my 2016 Dodge Journey repaired by Mander Collision. Since then I have had absolutely no issues at all with the vehicle. I could add that it seems to handle better now than it did before! I noticed a post on our local Nextdoor App about Mander, and was the first of many to reply about how good they there. Great job!07/12/23 All I can say is - Fantastic service! For the first time in almost 50 years, I had the need of a body shop (due to a front end collision). Based on all the reviews I read, I was especially impressed with Mander Collision. From the first call until work was completed, I was treated like the most important customer they had. Megan was very attentive and focused on my situation. She kept me appraised of progress and couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. The car was repaired sooner than expected and looked perfect! I recently used the Mander location in Muskego and I was very pleased with whole experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ran into a little insurance issue and they were able to rectify it. The work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Mander.A BIG shout out to Devin and Nikki, keep up the great work.

Wow! I cannot say enough nice things about Mander in Hartland. I contacted Sarah to inquire about a new windshield and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I called Mander Collision & Glass to repair a chip in my motorhome windshield. They're communication was very good, they arrived in a timely fashion, and the repair looks great. Greg was the technician who repaired our windshield, he was very professional and friendly. Five-star service for sure!
